HDFC — How to make HDFC listen and change its ways?

I have come to the conclusion that HDFC is there not to help the customers but rather loot them in any way possible. All the posting on this forum are a proof of it. I am wondering is their a proper communication channel via we could raise our voices to make the directors of the company listen? If they don't then is there a relatively easy way to force them via legal action?

please provide me my customer ID

in order to get your Cust ID. you can talk to your bank's cust care. Get your account verified and they can
give you the Cust ID. You can also look it on the front page of the cheque book. Its a numaric 5 digit no.
