[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank ATM — HDFC BANK ATM WITHDRAWAL - NO CASH DISBURSEMENT

I am a bonafide customer of HDFC Bank Ltd. having my Salary A/C ( No. [protected]) with Stephen House Branch, 4, B.B.D.Bag East, Kolkata 700001 and my ATM Debit Card NO. is [protected]. Today i.e., on 02.10.2011 ( Sunday) I went to withdraw cash from the ATM at Jadavpur ( opposite to Jadavpur University) which is an adjacent ATM to the HDFC Bank Ltd's Jadavpur Branch. After giving command to the ATM to withdrwaw Rs.10000/- ( Rupees Ten thousan only) I could not get the cash as the machine did not disburse the same but I got the withdrawl slip from the machine which showed the balance in my a/c post withdrawl and also shows that Rs.10000/- is withdrwan. The details of the ATM Transaction Record is as : JADAVPUR BRANCH 02/10/2011 12:48 E1ACKK04 7848-001 and the S.NO. TRAN. RECORD NO. 4454, WITHDRAWL Rs.10000.00 FR [protected]. However, I did not receive the cash even after waiting for some time although the ATM transaction got completed. Immediately I've contacted HDFC Bank Phone Banking [protected] and registered a complaint regarding the incident to one Ms. Arpita who was line and the complaint number given by her is KOLC[protected]. She also told that it is a system failure due to Puja rush withdrawls and the said amount will be credited back in my a/c after two to three days prefereably next Monday. I would therefore the concerned to acknowledge the complain and take further necessary action so that the sum of Rs.10000/- gets credited to my salary a/c without further delay.
