HDFC Bank Bank Credit Cards — Begumpet Branch. Rupa and Praveen are harrassing me.

My Name is Mahesh. And I do hold Credit card with HDFC Bank. Along with this I do hold Personal Loan, Salary Account, Life Insurance Plan with HDFC. Till now I haven't delayed any payment for any of the EMIs.

This complaint is in regards to the Credit Card payment which got delayed for just 1month. Rupa an employee at Begumpet HDFC Bank Credit Cards and Praveen - manager at Begumpet HDFC Bank are harrasing me for not paying the amount for just 1 month and they torturing me saying that they will send collections people to my home where my parents are there who are old. I am currently living in Bangalore.

Actually I wanted to clear the Outstanding amount in my Credit Card next month i.e., Feb 2012, which was informed Rupa and Praveen but still the Manager and Rupa an employee are talking aggressively and not giving the options of holding this for just 1month.

I was completely upset on the way they behaved with me and made me to decide to close all the accounts with HDFC Bank. I am going to close my Credit Card and also the Loan very soon and would like to switch out from HDFC Bank, just because of Rupa and Praveen at Begumpet branch, Hyderabad.

This is Anand i don't have any account, debit card or credit card. in hdfc bank.One day hdfc collection department persons came to my house they said to pay credit card bill then i have said if i don't have any credit card how can i pay bill.I asked him bill and credit details so, He said he can't provide credit card no. and bill.Only he gave me aan no. As he said i went to begumpet branch and meet with narander and i said some one using credit card by my name and i need last 6 months bank statement or credit card bill so, they said we will get back to you and up to now more then 15 days so, today morning i hava called narander he said we can't provide statement call to phone banking persons then i have called to ms sridevi and when i said my aan no. she told there is no aan no by this no. when i asked again she told me to wait after 19:47 seconds she disconnected phone after that i have called again to phone banking team ms ashwini left the phone and i have shared aan no. and address details she said all details which you provided is correct but we can't raise complain.when i called to credit card team they are saying to call phone banking and when i call to phone banking team call credit card department they are playing with me.My aan no.[protected]
