WE are not getting regular monthly statement. We prefer to get hardcopy of the statement. We used to get statement via email we do not even get that, once we called and talked to person in Mumbai. They sent us account history of lots of other people we do not even want to know does this mean that our account history is also published where general public can see. I was going to give my account number here with this complain but I am afraid it will be like open book. All I can say is we had open an account in 2007 one at your Borivali(WEST) by the station in Mumbai. We also have an account in KORAKENDRA, Borivali, Mumbai branch.

Im employee of ESSAR Constructions INDIA Ltd. Im posted for Madagascar Country’s Project. I credited 20$ against the activation of voice mail to yahoo messenger (from 2 different account of yahoo) approx a 15 days back, but its regret to mentioned that still now my voice mail had not been activated because your bank didn’t debited d amount. Failing to that, I was not able to talk with my family & friends on dewali occasion. Im not expecting such kind o[censored]nexpected services from the world’s class bank.
