[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank Staff At Gp Road, Chennai — Keep on torturing on my mobile no

Address: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

The person is at HDFC Bank GP Road branch with his name MATHIVANAN. I am not aware his desk number and cell number. I visited that branch to close my personal loan last month. Since that time, I am getting so many calls (Per day minimum 1 and maximum 4) to get any load from HDFC bank. Actually I didn't enquired any think about loan at HDFC bank. I raised a compliant at HDFC customer care.

Today morning I received a call from Nelson Manickam Road HDFC Bank (phone number is[protected]. When I start shouting the other end were disconnected. Since then, I unable to reach that number.

I request consumer court to take action. Also please suggest anything on my query.

If I meet that fellow and slap or kick use my shoe or blast using very slum words, will bank take legal action?
If I approach police people will I get any feasible solution?

You may think that this is a chilly matter. Why should I make it as issue. When you visit any HDFC bank thru Internet, you can't see their branch phone number. They are keeping their phone number as so much important. Then why should they share my phone number to many people with out my permission.
