[Resolved] HDFC Bank — FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY TO OPEN NEW ACCOUNT | |
I HAD OPENED SAVINGS MAX ACCOUNT AT HDFC BANK, DHANBAD DURING 1ST WEEK OF AUGUST'2009 WHERE ONE HAS TO MAINTAIN QAB Rs25,000/- AND PROVIDE FREE CREDIT CARD ( AS PROMISED BY HDFC BANK OFFICIALS). HOWEVER EVEN AFTER 4 MONTHS NO CREDIT CARD WAS ISSUED AND HDFC BANK OFFICIALS HAD ONLY VAGUE ANSWERS. HDFC BANK MAILED STATING THAT THEY "sincerely regret to inform that they are unable to offer credit card services to me currently for the reason " Non sourcable area ( DHANBAD) " . THEN WHY AT THE TIME OF ACCOUNT OPENING AND EVEN TILL THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER HDFC BANK OFFICIALS LIED THAT CREDIT CARD WILL BE ISSUED? THIS IS A FIT CASE OF FRAUD & CHEATING TO CUSTOMER.
