HDFC Bank — Bad treatment to consumer, side-effects

HDFC LOAN APPROVAL - File No:[protected]

after provisional approval i could not meet all the requirements by local HDFC branh (KANNUR - 670001) hence decided not to proceed with. Now it is more than a month i am requesting [protected]@hdfc.com" <[protected]@hdfc.com
to return my original documents. Unfortunatly no response from Mr. Hareesh or
[protected]@hdfc.com


Please do the needfull to get back my documents thru my POA. I am an NRI. Let me know how many more days you need to return them.

I VIKAS KHURANA DIRECTOR OF KS TRAVELS PVT LTD. I AM FULL FLEDGE MONEY CHANGER APPROVED BY RESERVE BANK OF INDIA.I HAVE CURRENT A/C IN YOUR HDFC, A/C NO[protected], RS TOWER, HALL BAZAR.AMRITSAR. ONE OF OUR DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY HAS RESIGNED THE COMPANY .I HAVE GIVEN THE FORM 32 DOCUMENTS AND OTHER PAPERS TO MR GOURAV KHOSLA (SENIOR SALES OFFICER )HIS MOBILE NO ACCORDING TO HIS VISITING CARD IS [protected]. SIR I AM FED FROM THIS PERSON AS HE IS NOT DOING MY WORK LAST FROM 5 DAYS EVERYTIME HE SAYS IM COMING TO YOUR OFFICE IN 10MINUTES, SOME TIMES HE IS DISCONNECTING MY PHONE . I CAN NOT TAKE MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT DUE TO ALL THIS . I SPOKE TO MR PANKAJ KAPOOR REGARDING THIS HE IS A VERY GENTLE PERSON . HE REALLY SATISFIES ME .IAM VERY HAPPY FROM HIS WELL BEHAVIOUR, BUT IAM VERY UPSET FROM THIS PERSON MR GOURAV KHOSLA .PLZ PUT MY REQUEST ON PREORITY .AND I AM TELLING YOU DONT SPOIL THE NAME OF YOUR BANK WITH THIS PERSON IN BANK .
