[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Cancellation of Debit card without Authorisation | |
I have my Savings account in HDFC Bank and They block my card without giving any notice in just three months. They issued a new card which I did not recieve till now and when I asked to reset my Net banking pin and send the new pin to my e-mil address they refused to do so, Now I am in a great problem as in I have to py for my debts and rent and I dont have my card or my cheque to withdraw the money form my account, for the phone banking they are f efusing to transfre any fund from my account to someone else's acount. Please guide me what should I do now and whether I can get some compensation for their such srevice as after 5th I will be penalised for late payment charges for my installmet of Debts I owe and for the Rent which is still due to pay.
