[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Deduction of Higher amount in foreign transaction from my account

Hi,

This is in regards to my transaction in foreign country which i had through a froeign bank atm. I used the ATM card of HDFC Bank. HDFC Bank has deducted Approx Rs.5000 more on a small transaction of Rs.38000/- as compared to my friend's transaction done at the same time and he also used the same bank atm at the same place, same time along with me.

I called up around 5 times to their local branches and customer care but nobody reverted me. After complaining to their MD cell, they also does not have any reason to say.

Despite of my repeated mails MD cell is not responding on time infact they gave a deadline of 9th dec 2010 but nobody had reverted me.
