HDFC Bank Commercial Veh Loan — Negligence shown in Issuing of NOC

I Mr. Gulam M Chaudhary was having a commercial vehicle loan Bearing Loan A/c No 2662138 which had been cleared by the month of January 2009.Even though after repeated request to the concerned department I have been manipulated as till yet date I have not met My N.O.C for the said vehicle. Neither any department is assuring me on what basis I am being treated like neither this nor no one is willing to speak regard the same.

I wanted to know why I am being played the musical chair Game. Is there any particular Department for attending the Regressiveness of the Party. In the Staring I have to spoke to

Mr. Sharma, Then to Mr. Sharad, Then to Mr. Sandeep, Then to Madam Meenaxi.Is this the way the HDFC Bank treat the customer. Once I even letted a conference call to the superior authority of what the juniors are saying “Boss is not in the Office”

“Tomorrow Sir will be coming” Etc. Indirectly I have been just being knowingly ignored by the whole system of Commercial Veh Loan. This is the same Loan on which basis my name had been there in the CIBIL. Since last three years. I have been contacting the CIBIL likewise the Bank for removal of the same as there has been no due pending from my sight for any loan. Even though I never ever met any positive response neither the name has been removed from the CIBIL.

The bank has just not ignored me but unnecessarily has black listed my name in the CIBIL. As if now I don’t want to go what bank had done in the past my only urged is to please let me my NOC as I am willing to sold the vehicle but as due to not having a NOC my deal had been cancelled as three months had been past as I had been un able due to the Bank to let the NOC to the party.

Please treat the matter for god sake seriously & in future do make arrangement to send at the earliest as well reply whether I will get my NOC.I am very much fed up with same with the whole SICK SYSTEM of HDFC Bank.
