[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank Credit Card — credit card service charges

Hi Team,

I have got a call from the HDFC ERGO General insurence and asked me to take the policy and the amount will be diducted in the form of EMI from your card, so i have said ok confirming that there will be no additional charges on top of the EMI amounts.
but while processing the fee they are charging he amount for EMI+CESS tax+Service tax . amount that they are charging is more than the acutal EMI amount CESS tax+Service tax is greater than the EMI amount .

Please suggest how can we stop this i have decide not to go with HDFC ERGO any more and raised a complaint in the site to stop the EMI'S one the policy has been expired in this year end. and i also suggest please don't prefer the HDFC ERGO any more.
