HDFC CARD PAYMENT REGARDING

Dear Sir,

I am Bijaya Kumar Mohanty, held a credit card of HDFC bank (Card No. [protected]) from Feb/Sep’09. Due to my personal financial reason I have unable to pay from June, 2013 to September, 2013.

Truly, I have not attend any call from India due to I am in Korea.

I have my salary account in HDFC also. In 2nd of September, 2013, I have checked my a/c balance, written this balance...

I am having account in Indian Bank, Hasthinapuram. Today at 11.45am I tried withdrawing money from HDFC ATM in Parry Building, Parrys Corner of Rs. 20,000/- (2 transactions @ Rs. 10,000/- each transaction). In 1st transaction I have received the money. In the 2nd transaction, I have not received the money from the machine but the amount got debited from my account. I did not know how to get back the money. Can any one help the procedure to get my money.

I tried withdrawing money from Federal Bank ATM, at Perumbavoor MC Road, Oushadhi jun Rs. 3, 000/- The machine shows. Please wait your transaction is processing and after this massage displayed as your time out. I have not received the money from the machine but the amount got debited from my account. Today at 22:25 I withdraw the money from HDFC ATM at Pushta Road, Karawal Nagar, ATM ID : P1ECDL-12, Location : Metro., of Rs. 20, 000/- (1 transaction). I have not received the Complete money from the machine but the amount got debited from my account. We received the Rs. 4, 500/- lesser than actual. I did not know how to get back the money.     Sir/Mam, regarding my credit card your bank was offer me a credit card offer that was i accept becuse my all A/C are in HDFC Bank.And i also intersted in your credit card. My REF No-[protected]w2. At last one month ago i applied for this card.but your bank was send me a mail that my card is disapproved. when i talk to customer care they told me my card is disapproved for my address proof .then i sent a application attached with my address proof & drop into your credit card drop box. .at last 14 days ago.but today i check my mail same later so me again.         Please provide as much information as possible...I have availed 26.50 lacs of House Bldg.loan,from your Raipur Office, Alaska Tower, Shankar Nagar, Raipur. There was two loans and out of which one loan for HBL for Rs. 9.50 lacs is repaid by me on 02.09.2013. Monthly interest Rs.25,078/- was being paid by me through advance PDC. Now I have recd.a sms from your office stating that your Cheque No.140583 Dtd.15.09.2013 for Rs.25,078/- towards Home Loan Instalment will be shortly be presented ib ir after its date. I am surprised to note that I was payment this amount for 26.50 lacs of loan amount and now even after paying 9.50 lacs still you are taking the same amount. It should be Rs.15,000/- or less.             Hi Sir/Madam, This is in the reference of the Fraudulent activity done with my credit card on 09/09/13. I am using HDFC credit card ends with XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-7069. There is three transactions on my credit card on 9th Sep’13. 1) 09/09/13 for Rs65.25 in [protected], at paypal : Rs 65.25 2) 09/09/13 for Rs 30855.94 in [protected] st Paypal. 3) 09/09/13 for Rs 3262.25 in PALO ALTO AT WPY*GIVE ME YOUR HAND .Since I have not done any transaction from card. I have called the customer care as soon as I have seen this messages and asked them to block the card permanently. This is a fraudulent activity been carried on my card without my knowledge. I kindly request you to please take some action this. I confirm that these transactions are fraudulent and I haven’t involved in any of these transactions.                 SUB: Regarding variations in Loan Installments REF: Loan A/C No. :[protected] and[protected] Dear Sir/Madam, As per my above mentioned loan account numbers I have submitted the papers for my loan account statement. Suddenly I got the information that my loan account rate of interest increased from 9% to 11.65% then I talk to customer care he told me to submit the papers regarding for the conversion in my loan account interest and suddenly I got shocked after knowing that there is still 17 installments pending in my loan account. And according to my statement only 14 installments left. When I contact with customer care executive she told me ur loan a/c rate of interest increased and that’s why ur installments increased from 60 months tenure to 63 months. I am not the new customer for ur bank. I am dealing with HDFC Bank from past few years and I have paid 46 installments on time without any bouncing then why should this happen with me. My question is only that without intimating me how the loan department raises my installments period. Secondly no person is giving me any type of intimation from loan department. If any of the bank executive from loan department intimate me regarding this variations I surely talk to him and tried to solve the matter ASAP. But no person from loan department contacts me and neither have I received any letter from the bank regarding these variations in loan account. If I not contact the loan department regarding my statement I never come to the notice that my installments have been raised. Secondly, the variations in loan interest are so much that 3 installments has been raised how it is possible. I don’t know. But I am sure there is something wrong going on and loan department tried to cheat me. I have used this cheat word only because if the things are going like this throughout my loan period then my loan never comes to an end. I don’t want to increase this matter so please solve my problem otherwise I have to take some legal actions. I hope u will do the justice with me and solve this matter ASAP. Waiting for ur reply.                   My husband is an NRI and I am working in Postal Department. When he came to India during April 2013, he submitted an application for home loan (to construct a house) and I submitted all the doucments required to one Mr.Sasikumar at Cuddalore Office by the end of May 2013. My salary slips, my husband's salary slip, his bank statement and mine, attested copy of ration card xerox, his visa, passport,etc with a cheque towards HDFC Ltd for Rs.8992 was handed over to Mr. Sasikumar. Till date no reply from him and whenever tried to contact him over phone, irresponsible reply comes from him. Please intimate whether the loan is possible or not. The construction has been completed upto 50%.. Else kindly ask Mr.Sasikumar to hand over the documents received from me, and I shall go for other bank for loan.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I am Shiv Kumar Choudhary from Pune. I have HDFC credit card which is using last two years. Query is, HDFC bank deduct 448.32 rs for Membership fee INCL ST on 6 feb 2013 so i had asked about this fee to HDFC customer care, He told me “That’s annual fee for credit card member which will return if you have done transaction around 50000 rs using credit card”. Now I have done more than 50000 rs transaction to till date and I am waiting when HDFC bank return deducted amount. Before two/three week, I had talk to HDFC customer care again and told me deducted amount will return on upcomming statement(three time told me same santance) but still i have not recieved deducted amount. Also HDFC customer care miss guide me/why not able to given use full information about that. HDFC customer care member are not serious about customer complaint. Please take legal action on HDFC bank. I have registered a police complaint. 4. I have forwarded my complaint to HDFC credit card cell through email and requested to reverse this transaction. 5. I am afraid if this transaction commit to merchant ac, what will happen? Bank did not take action then this is ridiculous. i didn't get any phone or message when this transaction was happening.Atleast they should have called me and let me know about the details , this is the big amount and i am sure RBI must have made some policy for it. 6. I didn't get help from bank , customer care exe, they just said me that , we have to find the details , after 48 hrs only we can help.I am not sure , weather they are helping or not. These banks are taking their customers for a ride. RBI should intervene immediately as there is no real time fraud detection and even knowing the transactions are fraud these banks intimidate customers. I would suggest all of you to file the case of Criminal intimidation against their respective banks. I have already approached the Cyber Crime and they have assured me to file a case against the HDFC Bank once the bank's inquiry is complete and in case they held me responsible.                         I had applied for new ATM card with HDFC bank two months ago. After eight days they sent me a mail saying that they could not deliver the card as my address did not exist. Then they sent me a letter at my address to change my address. Even after complaining they insisted that my address did not exist. One month ago two persons from the bank came and verified my address. After eight days same nonsense started. They sent me a mail saying my address did not exist then they sent me a letter at my address to change my address. Now they have not delivered the ATM card but on top of that they have deactivated my current valid ATM card. This is literally intentional harrasment. Iam tired of corresponding with bank.                         This is not much of a help. I had gone to the branch on 5th sep. They did not give me the new ATM card. People of the bank who reply
                        to this complaint don't really have the position or authority to resolve anything. Their job is to send emails.
                        These supervisor level customer care people are afraid to ask the branch for answers. They just keep sending emails to customers.

                            Hi All I have a Two wheeler loan with HDFC bank and ECS clearing is happening with my ICICI account. In July my EMI ECS returned due to insuffient balance and I have directly paid this amount to HDFC representaive directly along with penalty charges of 490. Again 29th August HDFC deducted 393 again from my HDFC account as ECS return charges. How come this two time penalty charges. Anybody can explain. Kind regards Abey

                              I have taken a lon from hdfc bank my loan account no is19512919 due to some reason my hdfc account closed and i call so many time to the collection center .kindly change my ECS account but your callcenter gyes every time sait kindly depost ypur payment when the the collection boy comes at your place he will provide you the New ECS form and the PL AC statement i provide all the the time my payment in cash every time on a reguler basis on 27 received a Threatening call receive from HDFC Bank collection center No- [protected] all though i paid my emi on a reguler basis.

                                  I took loan for two wheeler on july 15th 2013 from HDFC bank, and since from the date till august 19th i didnt receive any welcome kit any message and any call or mails from the bank reagrding my loan details and EMI details, and without any intimation they used my check and for that i have lost Rs.562 from my account because check bounce, and i want refund as well as compensation for this as i lost my oney without any information and wasting my time and lose of respectability , please kindly solve my issue... Lost R.s 562 from my account because of check bounse as the HDFC bank used it without any intimation, loss of time, loss of respectability because of HDFC people, lot of mental torture from HDFC people I want refund of R.s 562 and also compensation for mental torture from HDFC people and loss of respectability and time...........

                                    I am requesting the bank to send my amortisation chart endorsed by bank in noneditable format by mail or by post.
                                    Its been one month I am asking this. Now they are telling they don't have that option.

                                    I need to go to branch and stand in queue for 3- 4 hrs and get them.

                                    They don't have the courtesy to send it through mail.

                                    Hdfc Home Loans — Cibil not updated

                                    I had taken two loans from HDFC long time back. Both the loans are repaid. However they have not bothered to update cibil with the info. Is there some way I can sue HDFC for damages and consequences? Please let me know.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam I am customer of HDFC bank , holding debit and credit cards. I would like to register a complaint regarding misuse of my HDFC credit card information online without my authorization by some unknown person. This happened on 2nd & 3rd September at 8:55 PM and the transaction amount is Rs.29956. I contacted HDFC bank customer care. They are NOT cooperating with convincing answers. They have blocked my card from further misuse , But they are saying transaction which has already happened cannot be reverted back. Later I contacted Head Quality services of HDFC bank. They are now saying matter is under investigation . This transaction was done through a website called ENTROPAY UK. I am registering this complaint against HDFC bank for being so negligent , making security breach and ignoring customer requests causing damage in big way. Regards Laxminarayana

                                      HDFC Bank — Found Duplicate note in HDFC ATM

                                      I withraw money from HDFC bank and one currency note of Rs. 500 found duplicate...when i makes a complaint to manager ..he replied our maching can't issue duplicate note..

                                      HDFC Bank — Credit card misuse + credit card issuance

                                      There was a card that has been issued in my name by the HDFC bank and the card no is [protected].The bank says that the card has been issued in my name but there have been no statements or communications since the last 2 years and after that just yesterday i recieved a call that you have been charged under the sec 420 and i need to pay rs.55640 within a day or else search warrant will be issued as and when i got over this shock the bank has refused to give me the account statements saying that against blocked cards we do not give statements and we are getting harrased and threatened everydau seeking your help for justice we are ready to settle the amount but there is no help from the bank please help us.

                                      we have given application to HDFC bank at wankaner to cancel our credit card but they have taken no action regarding it and any of the bank's employee has done tarnsaction of RS 1700 from our credit card .

                                      twice debited from my account of Rs.94/- please re wart Rs.94/- which was debited on 22.04.2011 through net banking my debit card No[protected]
                                      I received sms on my mobile no on[protected],thank you for using your HDFC bank credit card ending xxxx for Rs 17927.65 in SCARBOROUGH at KOODO MOBILE WEBSTORE on[protected]:33:48 , i immediately contacted customer care and got the card blocked and received the confirmation sms on[protected]:47:08. the csc personel asked me to file the card holder dispute form in the nearest HDFC BANK Branch, which i filed at Nowgam HDFC branch and they asked me to confirm further details after 3 days from csc and also confirmed with csc that the merchant has not claimed the amount with HDFC Bank yet.

                                      i have checked the koodo mobile webstore site, as per the information available on line .
                                      they do not accept the international credit cards, also they do not ship the goods out side canada, if any odrer is placed online they will cancell it and refund the money back, now i request hdfcbank to take a seroius note of my complaint as i never gone outside india, also the card is in my custody,
                                      if the company accepts the online order, the culprit shall be tracked down by shipment details.

                                      HDFC Bank Customer Assistance
                                      I am a holder of HDFc titanium card no. [protected], . Today on 30/10/2013, 9.23 AM I received messages for my card being debited with Rs. 33239 &amp; Rs. 60. I immediately blocked my card within 15 minutes.

                                      I also lodged FIR for fraudulent use of my card.

                                      I have also dropped the Creditcard dispute form at HDFC ATM.

                                      Now HDFC customer care people are telling me that these transactions will only be reversed if the merchant does not claim payment, otherwise I ll be liable to pay the complete amount.

                                      I would request the team to kindly help me in this regard. I have not shared any of my credentials with anyone. My card was also registered for Netsafe transaction password which only I know. However, strangely these purchases were made online through my card.
