[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank Credit Card — Harassment against recovery

Hi Sir,
I have taken the Credit Card from HDFC BANK before 4 years back, I have paid the big amount of Extra charges like Excess Late fees, EXTRA Interest charges etc. & NOW AFTER YEAR THEY THREATENED me for payment. They are completely harasser me. They are regularly calling my boss for payment. I have mark the mail to their nodal officers but they are not intervene. So pls. help me....mail detail are given below:

Hi Rajeshwari,

My name is Raj Kumar and i own a credit card of your company ([protected]) which has already been closed approx two years back.

However i still have to pay approx 7000/- to your company and i keep engaged with your people to come up with a proper solution. Please note that i dint paid your balance because there were some extra charges were included while billing and your recovery agent keep calling me in my previous office and hence i had to resign.

Now since i am ready to make payment but your people are not cooperating and intimidating on phone and making calls to my office seniors.

Please Note that this is clear matter of harassment and if it continued i have to look for legal assistant and make a FIR to the police.

Here is some agent details who keep calling me :

Please take care of this matter on immediate basis, else tell me if i need to go to the governemt authority.

Note: I am ready for compromise and cooperate and for repayment.

HDFC Bank Credit Card — Harassment against of renewal fees after closing Card.
Hi

My name is Hira Chatterjee credit card account no. [protected], I have paid the due amount 6, 291 . So, how i have received wrong account bill ( 524181xxxxxx9052) . I do not agree to continue of this card. Please close of my AC of [protected] ASAP. I have found two different type of bill in my address. Please check your end and removed renewal fees of my account.
Therefore I have attached scan copy of this wrong bill.
