[Resolved] HDFC Bank — DEDUCTION OF WRONG AMOUNT | |||
I Imran Batliwala having an saving account in HDFC Bank at Mohammed Ali Road Branch holding a.c.no:[protected]. At the time of opening a/c bank has not informed me to maintain average quarterly balance of rs.10000. since last year 2012 they are contineously deducting every month sum of the amount from account without informing me. The bank has neither inform me nor even text me to maintain the balance when i visit the branch in feb 2013 to close my account the manager told me i[censored] want to close the account u have to pay rs.1600 so i told him i dont want to pay i want to continue account so he told me u have to deposit 10,000 in the bank and rs.1600 will be deduct from ur account since then the case is pending so pls. find a solution to this problem. i dont know exact amt. that has been deducted because i was not receiving the statement it might be more or less near by rs.2000 THANKS. Bank A/c — Wrongly Amount Deduct
1. Rs. 1500/- deduction on my A/c without any information2. Sr. Customer care Officer Ms. Manju is talking but not responce log the complaint. Iahvce truly request but cut the phone.
3. I have very old customer in Axis Bank last 5-6 Year Last...

hdfcbank — Deduction of amount from account
Dear Sir/Madam,I have taken some Sip's(Mutual funds) for which every month 2000 will be deducted, Actually i have stopped those SIP's but still they deducted money and transfered back to my account. So for this HDFC bank has charged me 2000 rupees stating various names, when i tried to contact them they have not responded properly and not letting me know why they charged 2000 rupees and even didn't revert back the money and also didnot mention the charges for ECS failure.

Bank — Deduction of an amount
Myself Tariq using your mobile no [protected] for the last one year.I want to draw your kind attention towards your calls which i am receiving during day & night and SMS. your company is only disturbing me. i have already lodged a complaint with the executive on 4444 but the same still persists.
Recenty i have received a call from your office about activation of GPRS to which i have replied that i dont need such facility but your company has deducted an amount of Rs 60.00 in three days to which i contact your exective again on 4444 on the very first day to stop the same as you are just cheaters. He suggested for sending of SMS to 12345 which i have done but yesterday i.e 09.11.09 again your company has deducted an amount of Rs 20.00, i again contacted the executive, he replied that today we have stopped but before stopping we are supposed to deduct. I want to know why you are calling and sending SMS throughtout the day, Please reply as i am going to take up the matter with Consurmer Court tommorrow, you are as such advised to reply as soon as possible so that i may get convinced and also stop sending SMSs and phone calls to this number urgently.
