[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Ergo — Mediclaim policy claim not passed

Dear Sir,

I have taken mediclaim policy from HDFC ERGO, iam admitted in hospital due to aastha attack, all documents with regards to my illness already been submitted to their Hydrabad office, after this they have asked my about previous history of aasthma but it was not there for this doctor certificate also submitted.

Now they are telling claim is rejected.

Please help me to get my claim

HDFC ERGO — Claim not passed

Dear Sir,

I am Charan Singh Saini took Health policy from HDFC Ergo on 29.03.2010, i have admitted in hospital due to suffering from cold and cough than i come to know that i got attached by asthma. All documents with regards to mediclaim forwarded to HDFC ERGO Hyderabad office, they have raised 3 times query about doctor certificate and same has been provided to them now they asking same thing again.

HDFC ERGO — MEDICLAIM

I HAVE PURCHASED HDFC EGRO { FAMILY HEALTH PLAIN (TPA) LIMITED } I HAVE ALL THE THING WHAT THE WANTED I HAD SENDED ALL OF DOCUMENTS WHICH THE WANTED BUT AT THE LAST MOVEMENT THEY SAYS THAT THEY HAVE REJECTED MY CLAIM THEY HAD CHEATED & THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY REASON ALSO FOR IT . PLS HELP MEE.


AND MY CASH LESS POLICY WAS THERE BUT I GOT NO CASHLESS FAVOUR.
My policy no is 50746807 I had claimed for a health insurance as i was admitted to one of the hospital in bangalore . First of all though they claimed in their brochure that ACCURA hospital was in their list they din accept the card . I had to pay it on my own . When i sent all the original to their chennai office after 2 months i got a message saying HDFC claim is under srcunity on 26th March 2013. Still they have not settled my claim of 10000. And now my policy is ending on 31st May 2013 and i said i no more want it and said give me my claim as i paid premium for 2 years they are saying no .I need to take a legal action again . Never i will suggest this policy
