HDFC Bank Bank, Janak Puri Branch — Debited my account by Rs. 15697.91

Dear sir,


I have a S.B. A/c with HDFC Bank A/c No.[protected], the bank has hold my account on 11.09.2009 and debited Rs. 15697.91 from my account 26.09.2009, due to non payment of Credit Card No. [protected].

Sir, here I would like to tell you that I settled the account of my Credit Card No. [protected] on 13.12.2007 by Rs. 15000/- and I paid entire amount to the bank as per detail hereunder :-

One more thing I would like to tell you, on 26.05.2008 I received a phone call from the collection department that there is an outstanding Rs. 1983/- on your credit card, if your pay Rs. 1983/- today itself, NOC will be issued to you within 15 days, (letter copy enclosed, written to me by Factoring Service Pvt. Ltd., collection agency appointed by HDFC Bank) but I did’t received NOC from the bank.

Besides issue me NOC the bank has Hold my saving account No.[protected] and debited Rs. 15697.91 from my account.

Sir, I have written to HDFC Bank, Janak Puri, Branch including there Head Office, Regional Office but till date I did't get any response from them.

Sir, I deposited salary cheque on 04.09.2008 in the bank, for which the total amount of my salary was debited by the bank, 08 months has passed, and since then I am in big-big trouble due to financial crises.

I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO SOMETHING FOR ME.

Sir, I AM IN BIG BIG TROUBLE BECAUSE OF MONEY PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR ME ITS MY HUMBLE REQEUST TO RELEASE MY ACCOUNT AND CREDIT BY RS. 15697.91.
