[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — deduction of tds

This has reference to FORM NO.16-A no:27718821 branch no. 167 It is to submit that rupees 1004 has been deducted from my acc.no [protected] with kota branch for the period from 1.04.2009 to 31.10.2010.wide your bank form dated 09.04.2010 in spite of the fact that i have submitted form no G15 in kota branch in time.Further i have submitted my copy of PAN NO. in the kota branch twice but that is not appearing in form 16A nor in account slip.
Kindly look into the matter urgently and give me a suitable reply
