HDFC Bank Limited - Wrong Credential Sent to CIBIL

I am 10 yr old customer to HDFC Bank. They have updated my wrong credentials to CIBIL. I have written a letter to thier Grievence Email ID - Grievance.Redressal@hdfcbank.com with complete case study.

I got a reply from them that an executive will reply in 2 days which never happened.

What to do my CIBIL score is too low due to all this.

Kindly provide me solution.
