Dear Sir, I have complain against HDFC BANK regarding issue of bank statment without my permission. They reply me that this is a system error and i am not satisfied with theire reply. Due to the bank fault I have to barrer big amount loss in my profession. Please take necessary action and arrange for compansation againt hdfc bank as possible as earlie. Dear Mr. Gandhi, Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We write in reference to your communication wherein you have raised your concern towards the statement of account number ending with 9490, held with navrangpura branch. We wish to clarify that the system showing that the statement was punched at stock exchange branch. It seems systems error as sometimes system generates different report in place of the report actually punched in the system. As per confirmation with the officer who had charge of the branch at that time and he has been checked at his end and have not issued any statement from branch end for your account. With this, we understand that we have addressed your query.
