[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank (Needs & Solution Agent) — charged commision against personal loan

Dear Sir ,
I have applied a personal loan for a some of Rs 7 Lakhs , through Needs & solutions , shop no 141,1st floor, Kesarr residancy, sector # 3, charkop Market , Kandivli ( w) < Mumbai -67,Ph 32653306,but it was seenthat they where not able to clear the amount ,but they asked for a sum of Ten thousand Rupess for approving 3 Lakhs , Till date they have not approved a single amount and when i asked back for my money which i have been payed for past 2 months they are not paying it to me , plse help me out to get my money back , The agent who collected the mony on behalf is Anjali, and the other name is Kanchan.
