WE are not getting regular monthly statement. We prefer to get hardcopy of the statement. We used to get statement via email we do not even get that, once we called and talked to person in Mumbai. They sent us account history of lots of other people we do not even want to know does this mean that our account history is also published where general public can see. I was going to give my account number here with this complain but I am afraid it will be like open book. All I can say is we had open an account in 2007 one at your Borivali(WEST) by the station in Mumbai. We also have an account in KORAKENDRA, Borivali, Mumbai branch.

unable to operate my net baking service of my accountant no-3691600001262, the customer Id no become locked & not activated.I receved new IPIN numbers but still the same problem persist.Received a message on my mobile phone & the the message is as foiiows"this is to inform you that your attempt for resetting your IPIN on line using HDFC bank's Netbanking services has failed due to the reason"Account locked for us".kindly advice how to activate the net banking account at the earliest.
