HDFC Bank — No giving me settlement | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to below mentioned HDFC Credit Card Number, As on date my total outstanding is Rs 36415.63/-, though I am paying the minimum regularly every month. But my outstanding amount has been increasing month on month. After having coordination with the HDFC Bank customer care they are saying they cannot offer me settlement at this stage as I am not eligible for settlement. I have conveyed them that I am not asking to wavie certain part of my outstanding, I just want to convert it into monthly installments or convert my outstanding into easy loan so that I can knock off the entire outstanding. But still there is no response from theBank. Kindly suggest me how can I get settlment from the bank. Waiting for your reply.
