MY NAME IS VINOD KUMAR SINGH AND IAM A HDFC CREDIT CARD MEMBER MY CARD NO IS ENDING WITH XXXX XXXX XXXX 7739 .MY HDFC CREDIT CARD BILL AMOUNT WAS : 9968 RS , THAT WAS TO BE PAID BY 8 FEB 2012.
NOW WHILE DURING THE TRANSACTION WAS HAPPENING FROM THE HDFC BANK WEBSITE HOME PAGE , THE TRANSACTION COULD NOT BE PROCESSED AS THE ERROR WAS OCCURED FROM INTERNET PAGE SHOWING THAT PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED , SO I TRIED THE TRANSACTION AGAIN AND THIS TIME THE TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESSFUL . NOW THE PROBLEM STARTS FROM HERE IS ............................., IAM RECEVING A FUND TRANSACTION MESSAGE FROM CITI BANK THAT THE TRANSACTION OF AMOUNT 9968/ HAS BEEN DONE TWICE FROM THE ACCOUNT


THE ONLY ONE TRANSACTION NO WAS RECEIVED FROM THE HDFC PAYMENT GATEWAY WAS : : MCIT[protected]:
BUT IN MY CITI BANK ATM RECEIPT IT HAS TWO TRANSACTION REFRENCES :
PLZ REFUND THE MONEY BACK IN MY CITIBANK ACCOUNT NO
