sir/madam, I have applied for a credit card after repeated call from your exe.(named menu ), also submitted the required documents . your exe. telephonically &personally visited my owned flat and office/govt.10+2 school in dwarka, new delhi. later on I somehow came to know that my application is either on hold / denied, and ihave to submit some more informations that too have been submitted on dt.21/09/2013 in atm dropbox (as advised) but still waiting information. therefore u are requested to do the needful immediately and intimate me immediately (mobile no.[protected]) . moreover to say that I am delhi agovt. employee(lecturer/school teacher) and my monthly salary is 58000/ and does not possess any credit card till date. my repeated attempt to solve my problem with your customer services exe. have failed due to their highly unprofessional attitudude.
