Hi Sir,
I took the Young start policy from HDFC bank this year Jan 2009 and they told me that you will recieve the welcome kit with all your policy related docs in seven days.
From that i called 10 times to HDFC and they told that because of some printing machine problem they will send within next 4-5 days. Till now 2 Months has gone and I didn't recieve any documents.
Even the agent is not responding properly he is telling me to contact to customer care number.
I request IRDA to please set some guidelines to insurence compnay specially to agents so that we can come out from this worst services.
One more thing is that agents shows the rate of return 11% 15% etc as per my knowledge this is illegl.
Please restrict them to maintain transperency.

I am nida khallid having HDFCunit linked young star ll my policy no is..12590689, , , , i have taken this ppolicy in the month of january 2009, now i am not at all sattisfied with the services and want to cancil the policy as soon as possible and tell me the procedure of getting the money back of the premiums which i have paid to the company, , , i do not want to proceed the policy any more and want to abort it as soon as possible and do not want to pay the premium of the next month (may 09).

HDFC Insurance Company as well as HDFC Bank will not provide any service to customers. For email queries either they won't respond or they will respond in a very vague manner.
