[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank - Surat — FRAUD in used car loan

Dear Sir,
I am State Gov. Authority, Dept. of Legal Metrology & Consumer Affairs Dept, Surat, Gujarat.
I have received complaint from Shri Namiesh Khambati, Surat. He had purchased Used Car from friend SHRI Dalsukh Surti.
He approached Mr. Pankaj Parmer(DSA), Future Finance Ltd, Surat, to get LOan senctioned for used car loan. Mr. Pankaj Parmer has done Blunder with Complainer
As an gov. authority I wrote letre to HDFC-bank, Surat, bank not responding. I wrote letter to Grievanc cell Bombay, but no response.

hdfc bank used car loan — fraud

dear sir/mam
i have given my used car loan file to mr. dinesh who is working in hdfc business loan centre vidhyadhar nagar jaipur the bank approved my loan of rs 80000/- and i also given post dated cheques my original r.c copy and insurance copy and signed agreement and rs 4670/- cash as a processing fees to mr dinesh but i did'nt get my loan cheque yet and mr dinesh is not pick up my phone and bank no [protected]... dinesh mobile no is [protected] what can i do sirrr kindly resolve my problem and anshul gupta tooo. his mobile mo is [protected]

It is apparent that Mr. S.D. Tambawala the above complainant has no authority to ask such guidance if he is real government official. This is for consumers and as such Mr. S. D. Tambawala is not a consumer but as per his own verson, he is a government official and that to when complaint has been lodged with him, It clearly shows that he is playing a mischievious and illegal play with the public and government authority. Under Consumer Protection Act, Complaint can be lodged only with the Consumer Forums and above like state commission and national commission and there are consumer councils to supervise this system under Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
Recently I too got a letter in my company from this authority who has signed upon the letter in the capacity of Assistant Controller, Legal Metrology & Consumer Affirs, Surat. I will definitely take up this matter with proper and appropriate authorities in legal way.
Proper and appropriate authorities are requested to initiate legal actions.
M opend a PREFERED CUSTUMER account in HDFC BANK a key reason before the exacutue to come to our office & express numbers of facilalaties on this plan the given as usaul ATM CARD plus PLATINUM CREDIT CARD but in the end m recieving only chq book only there is no ATM Iinside welcome kit.
M going to ask to concernd officer MArija from MALAD branch & HEMA PUNJABI from JVPD JUHU branch.But the given hunky punky answer to me or my staff aswell.
M very surprise when my account opened in JVPD JUHU branch while m staying in MIRABHYNDER ROAD & cerculating businesses for KANDIVALI(east) see howe funny.
IN THIS REGARDS I THINK THE HDFC BANK LOOSING CONFIDANCE TO CLIENTE DAY BY DAY WITH MISS MANAGEMENT *(HRD)TOTALLY FAILED TO APPOINTED SUCH LEVEL 4 STAFF IN HUGE BANK LIKE HDFC M TRULY UNHAPPY ALL OF THIS.
