This is to inform you that I am Shubhajit Thakur .my HDFC A/C No- [protected] & Customar Id[protected].I Lost my Privious ATM Card (No- [protected]) on 05/10/2011 then block (Ref No- HL941035) the card.On 07/10/2011 I went to Kalyani Branch (IFSC Code: HDFC0000320) & Applay For A new ATM Card.But till now i had no Receive the Card.I call to Santoshpur Branch (IFSC Code: HDFC0000789). Thay Replay My New ATM dispatched to Kalyani Branch .on[protected] i went to kalyani branch For collect my ATM They Replay no recive eny atm card.

Till Now 52 Days Gone & How Many day I wating Just for an ATM Card.

    Dear Sir
    I am unhappy with the quality of customer service of HDFC Ref-55K20459,ref[protected]] Bank has offered to me from the past couple of weeks and I am writing to seek a remedy. I had opened a NRE A/C No:[protected] NRO A/C No:[protected] also given a cheque of $600 dated 15/08/2011 is not yet credited my account also i cant do the third party transfer so that the amount which I had already send to the account is blocked.

    After reviewing there reply letters from HDFC bank also refereed to previous communication From HDFC bank Representative and in particularly they had looked into this mater I can't wait for so long.this is totally unfair.and causing me a lot. I really felt that the concerned section must have resolved this problem today but unfortunate.

    I would like to have this problem resolved quickly, I will consider lodging a formal complaint.

      Below are my details...

      So Dear HDFC Bank ,

      I am approving the above details myself as i am the victim of taking personal loan and not paying the further installments after 1.3 years of my loan disbursement.

      Summary: As i already stated that I only paid the 1.3 years installments out of 3 years installments to HDFC Bank and still there is 2.75 years installments is left for paying out to HDFC Bank,,,So i noticed from few last months that the HDFC Bank collection agents started harrasing me.......That is very natural i do not have any complaints regarding this from HDFC bank.

      Reason for not paying out my installments: Dear HDFC Bank, I am a victim of recent recession , as when i was working in a good CMM-Level-4 company ( R Systems ) then i have taken a loan from HDFC Bank and as when recession comes then after that I was lay off from R Systems and this leads to the non payment of my further installments due to the non availability of my saving account balances.
      and after that i was tried for a job for two months but i could not find that and after that i have been married and i was left to my home place after my marriage due to the Most worst Recession Period that we faced all indians.
      And after some months on my marriage i again decides to get a good job as i am B.tech. Computers that why so.
      But unfortunately after trying some time i was met to a severe accident and my right leg was got fractured and i again set to bed for next 5-6 months......

      This is enough and i just want to say that i am still is JobLess and as the HDFC Bank harrasing me day by day now a days so i have decide to settle the whole amount at one time with the help of my Relatives/ friends and Parents.......

      So I requested to you Dear HDFC Bank Please show your mercy on me and please call me and please settle my loan account as soon as possible as one time settlement.

      Hi,

      I am Subhashini. I am not paying my loan emi's from 2 years after my marriage because of some family problems.
      And this year in the month of January 2018 i got a call from Mumbai HDFC bank people for settlement amount.
      After speaking with them they asked me to pay 72 thousand as final settlement amount. I stated paying the amount from 1/20/2018 till 2/17/2018 i paid 35000. And i said that i will pay the remaining amount 37000 on 2/28/2018.
      After going to Begumpet HDFC branch one of the bank employee said that your settlement amount is approved for 79000 not for 72000. And he is asking me to pay 5000 extra and he said that final amount is 84000.
      Some one please give suggesting and help me out in this. I need to pay 37000 balance amount.
      It is becoming a big problem at home with my husband because of this Loan. I a ready to pay the amount for what they approved starting for 72000. After paying 35000 not they are playing games and they are playing with my life as well.

        I have applied for Personal Loan vide application reference number is 19721086 dated 10 Sep 2011 based pre-inquiry done with HDFC Bank. The rate of Interest was fixed as 15.5% after 4 stage of discussion i.e. preliminary inquiry with HDFC Bank rep, during documents collection and verification and during HDFC welcome call. Please note that the Welcome call has been telephonically recorded at HDFC side and the rate of interest of 15.5 was very well discussed during the time of discussion. At later stage, I have lodged complaint for vast delay in sanctioning loan as they promised within 3 days during initial commitment. However, HDFC later they came to me verbally and in writing that they have communicated to me only 16.75% during Welcome call. I have asked the HDFC to play the Welcome call recorded. They have denied to do so initially. After repeated complaints with HDFC PNO office, they have informed that they have not recorded the Welcome Call at all.

        In view of the above, I understood that HDFC Bank is a fraud bank. Later on I have asked the Policy of Customer Complaint Handling, Compensation, Teleettiqutte and personal Loan processing procudure from the Bank to disclose the documents for Banking Transparancy. Tilldate Mr. Ratan Kumar Kesh, Who is the PNO was not replied to the documents, Which i have sought.

        In view above, I request all our friend do not even think of HDFC FRAUD BANK .

        I wish to inform that your reply is highly disappointed me and fully disappointed.

        I have provided you various evidence on sluggishness on PNO office and your Chairman & MD cell has not taken any action...

        The least action of Chairman and MD cell has not initiated to verify the evidence provided by me, it is sending very very poor signal.

        It once again proves that HDFC is No. 1 Fraud Bank.

        I have decided to take further to Consumer Court and Media on this topic...

          I have taken mediclaim policy from HDFC ERGO, iam admitted in hospital due to aastha attack, all documents with regards to my illness already been submitted to their Hydrabad office, after this they have asked my about previous history of aasthma but it was not there for this doctor certificate also submitted.

          Now they are telling claim is rejected.

          I am Charan Singh Saini took Health policy from HDFC Ergo on 29.03.2010, i have admitted in hospital due to suffering from cold and cough than i come to know that i got attached by asthma. All documents with regards to mediclaim forwarded to HDFC ERGO Hyderabad office, they have raised 3 times query about doctor certificate and same has been provided to them now they asking same thing again.

          I HAVE PURCHASED HDFC EGRO { FAMILY HEALTH PLAIN (TPA) LIMITED } I HAVE ALL THE THING WHAT THE WANTED I HAD SENDED ALL OF DOCUMENTS WHICH THE WANTED BUT AT THE LAST MOVEMENT THEY SAYS THAT THEY HAVE REJECTED MY CLAIM THEY HAD CHEATED & THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY REASON ALSO FOR IT .           My policy no is 50746807 I had claimed for a health insurance as i was admitted to one of the hospital in bangalore . First of all though they claimed in their brochure that ACCURA hospital was in their list they din accept the card . I had to pay it on my own . When i sent all the original to their chennai office after 2 months i got a message saying HDFC claim is under srcunity on 26th March 2013. Still they have not settled my claim of 10000. And now my policy is ending on 31st May 2013 and i said i no more want it and said give me my claim as i paid premium for 2 years they are saying no .I need to take a legal action again . Never i will suggest this policy

              This branch makes their employees work from 9 am to 9pm which is strictly against labor laws of our country. The manager here sucks and is a beast , in getting work from his employees. I suggest all customers to be not selfish and think of poor employees working there. Customers come out in public and stop using HDFC abnk till they realise employee worth. We cant serve u better till we can serve our family better.

                I am keep getting unwanted calls. People on phone are shame less, and very nonsense, they are abusive and say i will come to your home and will screw you. they are threatening on phone. I asked them many them to stop calling, but they dont stop calling me. I tried to contact police last year, but police say that they can not do any thing in that.                 Yes recently getting calls from the same plus few more numbers and they say calling from PAN India - then they ultimately revealed from HDFC Bank
                When I tried digging more info and he unable to convince, person said that - I know your address, I want to come to meet you in my city.

                With few members (according to the person called - those were senior) gave the Chennai address of PAN India Plot 828, Shanthiban Colony, Anna Nagar, Chennai.

                few numbers along with few mobile numbers. These are actually Delhi numbers -

                on 26/10/12 at about 3.30 pm i received a call from [protected] the caller was a female who said that she was calling on behalf of LIC & wanted to speak to my husband who is an existing policy holder. when i told her that we are not interested in any such schemes she started abusing in Hindi. after i put the phone down she called up again & started abusing by using filthy language.

                  This call is against the harrasement calls done by the recovery agency of HDFC Bank of recovery of the Credit Card Payment which is in dispute with the Bank since October 2010. The recovery agency is been giving harrassing calls both in my office and home both. In office they are calling to the whole office and harressing the my other collegues in the organisation. This kind of calls is also affecting my reputation in the organisation and also affecting my job. Wherin i am continously attending their calls and responding them on mails insite of continious response to them, they are calling and harressing me with calls.

                  The calls are coming from one number [protected] and the persons who are calling us is Ms Sunita & Mr Samim frm the Kanjur Marg office.

                  Request you to please look into the matter and help us out of the harrasement calls.

                    I would like to advise the HDFC card team to take the personal note of the complaint mentioned here. The customer service team is adamant. After spending more than 30 mins your team is not in a position to give the justification for my card rejection( appl ref num :[protected].It is surprising for me to know that my credit card application has been rejected though i have been the customer of HDFC for years. I have availed my two wheeler loan, which was completely repaid without any delay in my EMI payments and am the current four wheeler loan customer from ur bank. I think you have provided me all the loans after proper verification and satisfaction , then why my card was rejected?..will your team in a position to explain thereasons for rejection of my card?..its not the matter of the card only, a phone call will bring n number of credit card executives to my desk for new card?..the only thing whch seriously bothering me is being the loyal customer o[censored]r bank for most of my banking need , how a small request of mine for credit card is rejected, this is somethng unbearable, check my credentials, check my ciebel, and check my financials,...and most imp observation is your bank gives the card to the defaulters whereas restrict it to trust worthy...i have decided to close all my banking relations with you...

                      This agent to give us totaly wrong information to me regarding this policy.and we are not satisfy this term and condition about this policy.
                      Whatever they promice & guarentee given to me on behalf this agent.. its totally wrong and incorrect.
                      The who sold this policy to me his not receiving our call from last 2 months and after such enquiry we ara come to know that that mr. anuj pawar he left his job before 1 month as he on the contract basis in the company.& we was send email on there [protected]@hdfclife.com . but they can not take any action and not replyde me its totally cheating to me & my family memebers.

                          I am Azhar HUsain Jafri account holder for account no [protected] , KARAPAKKAM, HDFC... I added a beneficiary from the CUB account, thanjavur branch in which the name of the benefciary was correct but instead of CUB account no i used the Username of the beneficiary "Serat Fatima Rizvi" and the beneficiary was accepted hence transferred the money Rs 2000/- to the account, and so it was immediately deducted from my accout on 14 november2011, but since the account number does not relate to the name the transaction should not be processed and the money should be refunded. But till today i haven't recieved the money back in my account. The reference no provided for transaction is: F[protected]

                            I had taken an HDFC Life HDFC SL Crest, policy no.: 14547275 with premium of Rs.50,000.00, in September 2011 with the recommendation of one of my friend who is working with HDFC Bank, I received the policy documents on 20 September 2011, and after reading the policy terms and conditions I did not like the Policy at all as there are better policies available in the market from Other Policy companies.

                            Hence, I requested the HDFC Life Vashi (Navi Mumbai) branch to cancel my policy and refund my money. As the policy is in free look in cancellation period, I am allowed to cancel the Policy. Branch accepted my request on 22-September 2011. And promised me that I will receive the refund within 15 days. After 15 days when I did not received neither my money nor any communication from HDFCL Life regarding my policy cancellation, I tried to enquire my policy advisor for the status. My policy advisor could not get any reliefs to me. I tried HDFC Life customer care and narrated my whole problem, the executive committed that my cheque is already dispatched and I would receive the same in couple of days’ time.

                            Again on non-receipt of my refund money, On 31-October 2011, I tried to contact the HDFC Life by e-mail on their e-mail id: [protected]@hdfclife.com. I got a telephone call that the my cheque is already dispatched but due to the festive season the delivery is delayed, but I would receive it within 7 days time, same was confirmed to me by a return e-mail from Kiran (HDFC Life - Customer Service Officer) on 31-October 2011.

                            Still waiting for my money, on 14-November 2011, I again wrote an e-mail to [protected]@hdfclife.com for expressing my troublesome situation and sheer frustration. I also called my policy advisor and asked him, If he can do something as felt, I’am being cheated by HDFC Life. I have two more Life Insurance Policies with HDFC Life and father also has policies from HDFC Life. I fear that, on asking the refund on cancelled policy, HDFC Life has given me tough time than on maturity of policy, how they would pay me my complete policy amount.

                            I would advise everybody here to be cautious before buying any product of HDFC Life.

                              Hi, I have taken a two wheeler loan from Bank of Baroda Unchahar Branch of Raebarel in year 2003. I repaid al dues to Bank by 2005-200, however i forgot to get the No dues certificate. Over the period of time, i missed the Load accont no as well.

                                      HI,

                                      I had a personal load of Rs 60,000 only from HDFC bank at 22% ROI. I always paid my EMI through cheque which never got bounced during my repayment time. But now when my load has already been finished , The executive from HDFC bank calls me up to inform that
                                      my ECS were getting bounced from last three yrs and bank is charging me ECS bouncing penalty fee of Rs 450 pm and I have to pay 14000 odd rs to bank.
                                      However, I never applied to any ECS, I always paid my EMI through cheque or cash only. The only account number I mentioned in form while applying for loan was my saving salary account number at that time. I also had changed my comp to the very next month of loan approval.

                                      Even if I had mentioned any bank account number in my form then too shouldn't this was bank responsibility to inform me that my ECS is getting bounced or charged me for that immediately.
                                      They are informing this to me only now when my loan is already over.

                                      need your help in solving this issue.

                                      Can you explain how many types of charges do you have to deduct money..when i keep balance u deduct some amout...what the hell i s going on...

                                      HDFC Bank Debited from my account Rs.200 on 24 Mar 2015 For RTN Charges. Bloody Cash Wired Bank... I did not give any cheque to others then how its possible???????? And I am trying to contact HDFC customer care from Last three days just to know why my customer id is not getting accepted in the net banking. IVR menu is so frustrating and not allowing to contact customer care. I literally went to each and every option.

                                        I have an auto loan with Hdfc bank and ny car reg no is DL3CBR6614 and my due date for the month of october was on 5th Nov and unfortunately



                                        due to lack of time i was not able to maintain the loan amount in the account and the account was bounced due to insuff funds..And on 7th nov



                                        non of the Hdfc banks were working,so on 8th nov I got te cash deposited. And when i contacted the loans dept they said that i had to pay Rs 450 as



                                        bouncing charges.So What i meant to say is that i am not ready to pay the Rs 450 charges and need to get the chrges waived off. Even the customer



                                        services in Loans were really bad as the executive hung up on me when asked for supervisor.Any how I just got the amount transfered from my hdfc



                                        bank account and i am not ready to pay the monthly Emi hereafter for my auto loan unless the bounce chrges are waived off. And I want this in



                                        writing that the charges for Rs 450 are waived off as intially i had lots of dispute reagarding the auto loan. Looking forward to hear from you.


                                        My auto loan no is 19177818 and i had send written an email requesting to waive off the bounce charges of Rs 450. I Spoke to



                                        two o[censored]r agents and they both denied the waivement of charges. You Must think somethink that you should value your customer and



                                        its completely dissatisfied with the service given.I spoke to Deepak today and he said that we provide waiver but not a customer who pays



                                        the 3rd Emi but the 13th Emi customer wuld be given a waiver. I need to know the difference between a 3rd customer and a 13th customer who



                                        pays an Emi.I need to know whether Hdfc values each and every customer or just old customers.I have been with Hdfc bank for so long. I have all



                                        my payments made on time with Hdfc and IS THIS THE WAY U VALUE YOUR CUSTOMER...THIS IS AN HECTICC SERVICE I



                                        MUSTSAY..I have acc with stancey as well as Citi bank and i dont make much transaction through those banks as i make through Hdfc but they



                                        consider me as a royal customer and provide me good service for what i pay.But i didnt expect this from HDFC bank just rejecting the waiver



                                        considering i am a new customer with Hdfc. Let me tell you something I would never promote HDFC bank to anyone in my life. I am a customer



                                        whu is going to be with you for the next 57 months and thats it..

                                        Used car loan — waiver of bouncing charges

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        I m very oldest customer of HDFC.My user car purchase loan agreement no. is 13599175.

                                        Mera koi cheque ECS clearing me cheque mere outstation jane ki wajah se bounce ho gaya tha. uske baad pata chalte hi maine pmt.kar diya hdfc se call aaya tha aur meri request per kaha tha ki return charges hum computer me weiver off kar rahe hai ..par ab jab NOC milne ke time kah rahe hai ki aap ko charges dene honge nahi to NOC nahi denge ye to bank ka false commitment hai apne old customer ke saath.. me bahut dhukhi hu bank ke is vyvhar se muje ab tak 100 call is regarding aa chuki hai aur mujhse 500/-charges maange jaa rahe the jabki ab letter me 1350/-demand bheja hai.yadi bank ka yehi systems hai customer ko parshen karne ka to very sad. kindly apne old customer ko dhyan rakhte hue amount wiever off karke meri NOC bhejne ki kripa kare,
