HDFC Bank Ergo — Credit card debited without consent of Consumer

HDFC Ergo is unnecessarily delaying the cancellation of the policy in spite of multiple requests through email & phone. They are going on deducting the premium through my HDFC Credit card. I was assured by their Customer Care representative (Mr. Anand – Telephone #[protected] from Mumbai on 4th Dec '12 that no further deductions will be made and the amount deducted previously will be refunded before my bill date (17th Dec '12). But they have charged me again and the policy is still not cancelled. They are not giving a proper reply and not cancelling the policy.Even HDFC credit card is not cancelling the policy and going on charging me month on month.
