[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Standard Life Insurance — froged date of birth by your agent not eligible for policy

1. my policy no is 11211371 hdfc life insurance my name is col jagdish singh retd

2. i have purchased this policy two year back

3. the agent who purchased the policy has forged my documents even my signature and date of birth has been forged. the photo state document which i have received is a proof

4,as per the policy the age of the policy holder should be maximum 65 years of age where as my age was 69 years so i am not eligible for the policy.

5. the proof of my age is in my pan card ,driving licence , passport and in my army identity card which i have got original.

6. when i spoke to your customer care they told that for my proof of age they have got driving licence copy only where as i had deposited pan card as proof also in my driving licence the age mentioned is 01/08/1938.where as as per your record it is in 1943.

7. to make me eligible for the policy he has forged my driving licence date of birth my actual date of birth as per driving licence is 01/08/1938.

8. he has also forged my application as in my application i had put 01/08/1938. as my date of birth

9. the photo state of application which you have send has not been filled by me nor it has got my signature

10. i am a seiner citizen and a retiered super class 1 officer.

11.for every transaction above rs 50000 pan card is required than how did you allot me policy without receivig pan card copy so the mistake is on your part also and your agent

12 i have paid only one installment and when i found i am not eligibli i stopped my payment.

13. i have contacted your customer care and your office of gorakhpur but without any result.

14. i want my one lakh back with interest of 12 % otherwise i have to go in consumer court and the media for harassing senier citizen and two war veteran i am giving 15 days to do the needful my phone no is [protected]
