Dear Mr. Gaurav,

Whatever you have put in seems to be logical at your end, but for me when I have paid November Installment as per my attachment which was given to you and sent in by your Customer Care Department for collecting the EMI. Your Customer Care Executive that time called me and told me (not remembering her name) that one of our executive will come to you and will give proper receipt for the amount collected.



Now please for God’s sake as I have other priorities in life and do not want to linger on with this issue, close it before 28th of this month before levying penalty on further delay in payment. Probe the receipt of November till today evening and give me the exact amount after deducting the November emi so that this issue is closed once for all and it should not reoccur again. This I feel is very disgusting from your esteemed organization not recognizing the payment made by the customer within the due dates. Now I have a question towards you, when as per your statement I have not deposited the November receipt why you have not raised the issue with me.



I am waiting for the final amount by today evening so that your authorized executive will collect the final cheque from me and will give me total clearance certificate which I actually requires . The suspicion came to my mind when I hear from you that the November receipt which I gave to you is not the real one.



Now if things will not get cleared before the 28th of this month (the date of penalty). I will be left with no option but to take my case to Consumer Court along with all the receipts and the correspondence which I am having with you and your other officials. Till such exigency appears, I want to act in a civilized manner for closing this issue.

We would like to inform you that rate of interest on the easy cash loan can be increased under different marketing programs/promotions. The marketing promotions vary from time to time and any changes will be communicated by the bank to you.

We would like to clarify that we have notified all the customers in June 2007 and July 2007 statement regarding increase in rate of interest.

We would also like to clarify that the preclosure fee of 3% is debited systematically at the time of preclosure of easy cash loan.

Therefore, please accept our inability in reversing the same.

We would also like to like to express our inability in reversing the principal balance of loan.

We request you to make immediate payment of Rs. 8665.00 (3% preclosure charges included) and write back to us post which we will preclose the loan and will reverse remaining charges.

We would also like to inform you that as per our records we are not in receipt of cash payment of Rs. 2570.00 on November 25, 2008.

We have forwarded the copy of cash receipt to the concerned department to investigate the matter and we will revert to you shortly regarding the same.

Dear Mr. Rahul Bhatia, / Gaurav Chhugani

How come you revise the interest rates without informing the client who is actually the sufferer. Even in Home Loan cases it is mandatory and legal obligation that if there is any revision in interest rates, they client should be informed in any way. Secondly you are not doing me any favour by putting the proposal of closure of 8381.84/- with 3 % closure charges. It is your problem. If by any means have I signed the document which is showing me that it is my duty to pay the extra interest rates whenever it is levied without informing, then I will pay. Secondly whatever was committed to me should be adhered otherwise things can go beyond control if you start blackmailing the client. Why am I going to pay 3% closure charges. If you are accepting to receive the committed charges, I am going to break this card in two pieces and courier it to you for its closure (The rule for destroying/discontinuing the credit card as claimed by the bank procedure). The rest will be decided by the Consumer Court. If they feel that I have cheated you, I will pay the penalty but If they feel otherwise, then I am going to charge the extra amount for harassing me.

I am attaching the November Premium which you have skipped in your excel sheet. I don’t know why but if I would not have retained the receipt, your bank would have told me that you have not paid at all.

Now when I have given you the November receipt also, my account is clear in all means of debit.

I would request you to check the account again and settle the matter for the closure.

We would like to confirm that last EMI will be billed in the statement dated March 08, 2009.

Please note that the interest rate on your Easy Cash Loan stands revised, we would like to inform you that the bank has re-booked the remaining loan at a higher rate but keeping the EMI of the loan constant with increase in tenure.

We will like to clarify that the easy cash loan was offered to you at an emi of Rs. 2, 570.00. This formed the total amount due on your account. However since we did not receive the payment of the amount due, late payment fee has been levied resulting in an increase in the total amount due.

Dear Mr, Gaurav,

First of all I would like to thank you for the prompt reply you gave to my query. Secondly there is a bit of Communication gap that has cropped between your bank and me. As per your Bank Representative and Sanctioning Authority officials some two years back which had clearly told me that 1. The loan will be over in complete 2 years
2. The EMI will be 2570/-

These two commitments I have already fulfilled and as per my understanding there should not be any penny pending towards me after giving Jan’09 EMI. Now When I see your mail with the attached excel file, I was taken by surprise how that is possible. How come even after completing 2 years of payment am still holding 16586.78/- on my shoulders.

Why it is being done to a corporate customer who has without fail repayed all the amount due to him. Why is Bank bent upon charging hidden charges from me which no body from your bank at the time of disbursement of loan did not mention anything. Please put yourself in place of me, will you be paying the rest amount if it would have been charged to you. (I don’t think so.). Please get back to me with full fact and figures so that the need may arise that I may have to take the legal help. Secondly I have signed no documents that does not mean that you will screw me like anything and will charge any amount.
To my best o[censored]nderstanding was to pay monthly EMI 2570*24 = 61680 which includes the interest and other service charges on easy loan of rs. 50000/-

Please revert me so that the matter could be sorted out without any legal compliances.

DEAR SIR,
I MANOJ RAMMURTI PANDEY HAD THE CREDIT CARD OF ABN AMRO BANK. IN THE MONTH OF JUNE THE COMPANY HAD CONTACTED ME SO MANY TIMES FOR CASH LOAN & INTHE MONTH OF JULY I ALSO ACCEPTED FOR THE SAME & WITH IN 7 DAYS THEY HAD SEND ME DD OF RS 48882 & THE SAME I HAD DEOSITED IN MY SBI A/C (NO [protected]) & AFTER 15 DAYS THEY HAD ALSO SEND ME STATEMENT TO PAY THE INSTALLEMENT & THEN I WENT TO BANK & CONFIRMED THERE IN ATM BY GETING MINI STATEMENT THE DD WAS NOT CLEARD IN THE ACCOUNT. & THEN I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE tOLD HIM THE WHOLE STORY HE HAD TAKEN MY NUMBER & SAID ME THAT HE WILL CALL AFTER SOME TIME .

AFTER 8 TO 10 DAYS I AGAIN WENT TO BANK & ASKED MY BANKERS TO CHECK WHY THE DD IS NOT CLEARED IN ACCOUNT THEN HE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD NOT GOT THE CONFIRMATION FROM ABN AMRO BANK . THEN I HAD CALL TO CUSTMER CARE AT 6.15PM MR AMIT HAD RECD MY CALL I HAD AGAIN TOLD HIM THE WHOLE STORY THEN HE TOLD ME THAT THE INTEREST RATE HAS BEEN CHANGED THEREFORE YOUR DD MAY BE CANCELLED I WILL FARWARD THE REQUEST YOU WILL GET THE DD CLEARED IN YOUR ACCOUNT YHEN I REQUEST HIM TO CANCELLED MY LOAN AS ALREADY ONE MONTH PASSED & I HAD ALREADY SUFFERED MY BUSINESS & GOODWILL BECAUSE OF NON CLEARANCE OF DD OF YOUR BANK & REQUEST HIM THAT NOW I DONT WANT ANY LOAN FROM TOUR BANK.

TELL ME SIR WHEN I HAD NOT RECD THE LOAN & THE BANK IS ASKING ME TO PAY & WHEN I HAD TOLD THIS STORY TO CUSTOMER CARE HE TOLD ME THAT EVERY THING IS OK BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY THE INSTALLMENT .

THEN I HAD DECIDED THAT I WILL NOT PAY THEN THE BANK HAD CROSSED THERE LIMIT & SEND THE RECOVERY AGENTS TO MY HOME & FIRST TIME I HAD TOLD THEM THE WHOLE THING THEY WENT BACK . BUT THEY STARTED TO COME MY HOUSE IN MY ABSENCE & THEY STARTED TO THREATING & HARRASHIHG MY FAMILY MEMBERS. THEN I HAD AGAIN CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE & AT NOIDA THERE MAIN OFFICE & GIVEN THE DETAILS TO MR CHANDRAPRAKASH SHARMA THEN HE TRANSFERED MY CALL TO HIS SENIOR MR ROHIT SHARMA & ALSO WITH VIJAY SHARMA.

THEN AFTER SOMEDAY I WENT TO BANK FOR MY PERSONEL WORK I FOUND THE DD OF RS 48882 WAS CLEARED IN MY ACCOUNT AFTER TWO MONTHS.

THEN I HAD MAKE THE CHEQUE OF SAME AMOUNT & ALSO I DEMOLISHED MY CREDIT CARD & SEND THE BANK BY REGESTERD AD TO THE BANK ALONG WITH THE LETTER & REQUESTED THEM TO KINDLY CANNECELD MY CREDIT CARD & ALSO CLOSED MY LOAN ACCOUNT .
THEY HAD ACCEPTED THE CHEQ & CLEARED IT ALSO BUT THEY ARE STILL SENDIING THE LETTERS TO PAY THE INSTALLMENT.

THEREFORE ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST YOU TO DO THE NEEDFUL IN THIS REGARD AS I AM VERY MUCH FRUSTATED BECAUSE OF BEHAVIOUR AS I HAD NOT TAKEN LOAN IN MY LIFE EARLIER ALSO.

ABN AMRO- Credit Card Easy cash Loan — Extra EMI for Easy cash loan

I am Nageswar Midam having taken an easy cash loan with a/c no# [protected]. I had been paid all my installments with out fail and in time. When I called the customer care about the no. of installments pending they informed that I need to pay an extra installment due to change in interest rate (actually I need to pay 24 but you are asking to pay 25 which unfair.)

My actual last EMI due this month end(30th July) and i am sending a mail to ABN cardservices for waiving off the extra EMI.

Please advise me where to complaint these kindof irregularities of the banks. Is there any complaint cell we can log a complaint.
or Please advise me what to do?

I have not applied for any kind for loan to your bank/credit card. I am not interested in this easy cash loan. Please CANCEL this cheque ASAP. Also we have to undergo from a very bad experience from your bank’s customer service. We have 100 times try to contact them about the cancellation. But nobody is aware about proper procedure and they told us mail back this cheque to your Noida office. This is certainly not ACCEPTABLE. I have not applied for any loan then why should I send back this cheque ? This is completely bank’s responsibility to collect this cheque.

ABN AMRO credit card easy loan — Easy cash loan

I have taken loan from this bank. Initially when i have not received any bill from this bank as a common practice like other bank i have deposited my EMI in the credit card account. after that when i have enquired about the bill, i have been told that the EMI in this regard has to be deposited separatly. Immediataly i have deposited the same through their collection boy.Since after i was depositing my EMI cheques through the bank collection boy or through the cheques drop box in time. Till my last Emi the bill in this regard was not came to me in time, sometimes some bill i have not received. Though i have paid all my EMI in time i have been repeteadly asked to pay the delay charges.Please explore the things in this regard as bank has send my name in civil for this subject.
