Dear Sir This is my Order number[protected],they sent me product which contains instects,also products looks like old stock,i also send the photos to them,they told they will do reverse pick ,until now they never done refund or reverse pick up, they not responding to me properly,during shipment itself they know the quality of the product Please i need the justice,also we should banned the company,how can they send this kind of food stuff,they cheating in food items,we have to take strong action against them,i also attaching they emails they have send to me Dear Mr.Srinivasan, We apologize for sending over the wrong product. We would like to sort this matter at the earliest. Dear Mr. Srinivasan, As per the telephonic conversation we have forwarded the request to our concerned department so that we can arrange the reverse pick up of the product as and when we have update we will inform you. Dear Mr. Srinivasan, As per your request, your Product Dymatize Elite Mass, with Order ID[protected], will be replaced. We therefore, request you to pack the parcel and a Reverse Pick up will be arranged on 10th August for the same. Dear Mr. Srinivasan, As per the update from our concerned department reverse pick up for the product was not done therefore we have again arranged the reverse pick up on 13 August for the same.
