HealthKart.com — non-existent customer service | |
Order id[protected], I paid Rs 752 for this order by internet banking. But they gave me invoice of Rs 553 only & also sent me the product of Rs 553. Remaining R.s199 was nowhere to be seen.
To get clarification, 1st I tried to contact them by phone. I spent more than Rs 200 for calling them & every time they use to put me on hold (sometimes for more than 15 minutes) & never really could get to speak with any person.
Tired of this, I sent them mail but for that also I received no response. I kept on sending them mails daily for consecutive 7 days. I always used polite words, requested them, repeatedly said please, I even begged to them to response but no response. Finally, I threatened them that if they don’t respond I will take matter to consumer court & online forums & then only they responded.
Overall shopping with Healthkart caused me huge headache. So word of caution for Healthkart shoppers - their customer service is virtually non existent, if you are okay with this then only you shop with Healthkart. Was this information helpful? | |
