[Resolved]  Helios Developers — payment of discount

I do agree. Same is the case with me. They have committed me to pay the discount once I will make 30% payment for my Jaypee unit which I have bought through Helios Developers. They have given me a credit note for the same as well. It has been more than 6 months I have paid 30% amount to Jaypee, till now I have made more than 50% payment and still following up with Helios with no positive response.

Same Case with me, its now more than 1 year no response, i book a flat in Jaypee, fed up with calling Accounts department, all what i got response, its under processing, NXT month, but nxt months never comes .

This is to inform you that even after paying 40% of total payment in 31/DEC/2011 against Project AMAN-2 Japyee Greens Developer unit(N-14-XXX), my payment is not clear by HELIOS DEVELOPER Concern Department .


Many times i follow up with the Finance department, but no Concrete answer received.


Now it’s more than 14 months, still with the unknown status.


To resolve the problem, I would appreciate you to do needful and enclose some details of Credit Note.

I have booked an apartment in DLF Woodland heights through Helios last December. During this I have been told that I will be provided with a 3% discount and a Led TV unit upon the booking confirmation of the flat.
There has been no update on the above matter since then. I have been trying calling your officials in Bangalore but had no success in reaching them.
Kindly let us know by when will these payments be made.
Its already been a year since the booking is made.
