[Resolved]  Hero Honda / Pleasure — Papers not issued & T/R issued was wrong

Hi All,

This is very painful writing to you guys killing my precious time.
I purchased hero Honda pleasure on 24th May 2008 @ sai suman motors, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.

Issue:

1. As I purchased pleasure on 24th May and after 3 days I Got the T/R after a lot of follow up.
2. I requested then for the invoice and other papers to check whether my T/R was correct or not
3. After 15 days when I got the zerox papers and came to know that the T/R [AP 28 AP T/R 0046] given to me was wrong and they issued me a new T/R saying a mistake. It is a big blunder they had done for me which is not excusable and more over in the zerox papers the delivery date is mentioned as 29th May 2008 as I got a delivery note on 24th May 2008
4.I am writing this to intimate you how hero Honda is spoiling its reputation.
5. More over did not asked for the passport application which is to be returned to Hero Honda
6.Till now I didn’t receive the Hero Honda service Manual & Battery warranty card for future reference.

Note: Please help me out to resolve my issue at the earliest & I am not aware that when my vehicle registration will happen, even though i payed all the amount 43, 000/- on 24th May 2008
