[Resolved]  Hero Honda Splendor — Poor Customer Service

Sir,
My Brother as Expired in the Bike Accident on Feb 2011.We have given the Bike in ANAND MOTORS,PATTABIRABAM,CHENNAI.He has assist as to go NAGAPPA AUTO for Insurance for the Death Claim.He is the Main Dealer For the Anand Motors.

We have meet Mr.Parthiban Service Manager and He is the Incharge for the Claim Also.What He Asked,We have Submitted the Documents.He Promised as,Claim will Reach u in 60days.
40days After my father went to the Dealer,they have not responed properly and they not send the Document to Hero Honda Insurance.We got the information from the Girl Who is working with Parthiban.And When we call him,He as not Responding the calls.
Now,all most 4 months He have taken.How long we have to Wait.Otherwise this Insurance scheme is just for Impress the Customer and Last to Cheat the Customers.Kindly pls dont keep this kind of persons in this Responable Post.Bcos What we have lost is lost,But this kind o[censored]nresponsible Person make ur Reputation
Down.
I never Assist my Friend to go for Nagappa Auto,Anna Nagar,Chennai.very very Poor Customer Service.Atleast ask that Guy to Pick the Phone Calls.
Pls Take some Action Against him or Pls Assist the Owner Mr.Sundaram to keep Good Persons with him.
