Hello I am customer of hero moto corp.I have bought a new bike from kalsi motors in punjab ludhiana.yesterday i was going to agency regarding service of my bike. first he told me that your service is free but the end of the service his charged the extra price of service.when i complaint than he told me very rudely. I am not satisfied with hero moto corp. plzz action to kalsi motors in punjab ludhiana.and reply me my email id [protected]@domainandspace.com

On 24 th April, 2012, I have booked a blue coloured Maestro scooter and made full advance payment for the same to your dealer M/s.WHEEL MAGNETS, Porvorim-GOA. Delivery period for the above scooter was given as 1 month by the dealer, but surprisingly till now i.e. 14th june, 2012 vehicle is not delivered to me. The reason being given to me by your dealer is " BLUE COLOURED ARE NOT YET DISPATCHED BY THE MANUFACTURER "...
Would u kindly look in to the matter and the vehicles being dispathed to WHEEL MAGNETS, Porvorim-Goa..??.

DEAR SIR,

I have bought a Hero splendor plus bike on 10/06/2012 from Singla Agencies New Delhi. I have face the problem about speedo meter needle vibration from first day of purchase. when i go to the service agencies they told me that "Speedometer cable warranty main nahi aati " he not inform me about the speedo meter cable and they rep. a new speedo meter cable on there own will. for which payment is giver by me. plz refund my payment. the problem is not of money but they fool me. plz consider my requestand solved and reply on three days

Sub:-Complaint of Hero MotoCorp(formely Hero Honda) Glamour vehicle from the date of delivery.

Sir,
I am one of your customer and purchasing the above said vehicle on[protected], from the Hero Honda dealer Mariya Motors Pattimattom and 10087 is the dealer code.After the delivery time the vehicle is not a good running condition.The front side of the vehicle is complaint from the date of delivery and the defect is not cured. I tell the complaint before the dealer in many times and they check the vehicle and change several parts like Corneset, Alloy Wheel, Tyre, singharm etc.are changed in different time in different days.But they can not find out the complaint of my vehicle. Mariya Motors, Pattimattom Hero MotoCorp(formely Hero Honda) dealer refer my vehicle to Focus Motors, Kadavantra, Ernakulam to find out the complaint.But they are failed to find out the problem of my Glamour vehicle. My bike is continously sitting in showroom due to the reason of manufacturing complaint.My vehicle is not useful me.

It is a mechanical defect.The above said vehicle was saled to me without a proper checking.There for you must solve the problem immediately either cure the mechanical defect or issue a new Motor cycle.Otherwise it will cause irreperable injury to me(both money and time).

my name is mohammad azhar.i have purchased hunk bike in 14 july 2010.my bike rc name is mohammad nazar so mazhar hussain h.no.564, w.no.16, chhota khara bhumsi, malerkotla distt.sangrur (148023) punjab.my complaint is my bike self is not working properly then i come to your venus moto agency (hero) in malerkotla distt.sangrur.my bike self start switch is damage then i changed self start switch in your agency after 2 days that switch is damage that is not working properly now i am again come to agency and he says to me we have not self start switch.now today have 2 months bt self start switch is not here in your agency and i dont satisfy your dealer and your staff.i requesting you plz change my self start switch.
I am Ramachandra Naik M & i hv purchased CD Deluxe bike from Sai motors, Bangalore, in Feb 2011 & from the day Ihave a problem with regard to running of the vehicle.The vehicle often gets switched off when the accelerator is brought down & clutch applied for changing gears or slowing down.This problem comes very often & not always.
M/s Sai motors, Bangalore were very indifferent in solving the problem and I approached Majestic motors, bangalore.

They are very gud in approach but not able to solve the problem.I hope this is a gud platform for putting our greviences & my problem willb solved

hi bought a hero impulse bike in month of dec 2011 (the stupid thing i ever did), my digital display meter is not working since 3 months, and i roaming like a fool to all the dealers since 3 months, but till now they could not solve my problem because the company has not released any spare parts of this bike yet, not only this particular part, and spares of the bike.

I have purchased karizma R (white) 4 months before. At the time of purchase there was a scratch on my bike which was noted and informed to the concerned pearson at the dealer ship they assured that the compliant will be rectified at the time of first service, they also inform me that the scratch on my bike was a transit damage. After 2 days of my purchase I started feeling that the bike was not moving currectly on the road, as this complaint was informed and the bike was being checked concerned people and they conformed that the both alloys are bended and they will rectify this complaint at the time of first service. And another complaint which was missing complaint that to was reported in the service supervisor PRIME thiruvalla ( VINOD) as he recommended me to keep a spair spark plug in my pocket, is this the way that HERO dealers have trained their staff. ……?

It is very bad dealing and feeling shame to say that I to am a customer of HERO . Nw it has been 4 months since I have reported the compliant nw it has been the 5th service and today I give my bike for the 5th service at PRIME Thiruvalla and they gave me a bill of 600/- Rs first and when I recheck the bill there was some mistake regarding unwanted spare after showing this mistake to the concern person (VINOD) they automatically gave a fresh bill of RS 540/-. If I didn’t check the bill and jus paid the bill my 60/- Rs will be a CHEATING amount which is taken by the concern dealer.

I don’t know whether the same thing is happening to the Rest of the CUSTOMERS. Let me say doing these kind of CHEATING is better than doing a sale because any have the company is making a remarkable profit.

Mr VINOD has indecently behaved with me this time also. If my alloys are not replaced with the new one’s I will surely take the action against the dealership. I have solid proof ( bill & voice Recording) which I will surely forward it to the consumer court.

“ When HERO HONDA had a collaboration these type of customer complaint was least but now when HERO is the only player in the field lot of complaints have been raising up. Either you resolve my complaint without any charges OR take my Bike back without paying any single penny for ME. I make sure that the name of HERO will be totally wiped out among the public with in no time. Don’t take it as simple as you can, do something very seriously so that things may workout in a fine manner.

Dear sir, i trust in hero i purchase a vehicle on 7/5/12.The problem is that vehicle is missing( Carburettor Block) its under warranty period I have given service at M/s Hero service Thalassery; Mahe.. They did not give proper service or even to look my vehicle. what should i do now. Now iam in a worried situation. Solve me the problem as soon as possible.
I believe that u can solve immediately because u give cautious to customers or go to consumer court.

main year 2000 se hero honda ka jamshedpur jharkhand kacustomer raha hun, in present hero moto corp ka customer hun n 13 years men maine aapki splender, passion, cbz star, karizma ride kiya aur in present abhi tak karizma ki riding ka raha hun, nov 2012 se pleaser ki riding bhi kar raha hun, ab tak humen aap ki service se kabhi koi complain nahi thi but this year humne do bike purchase kari 1st 24 feb ko hunk and 2nd 10 may ko cbz xtrem dono hi bike main regular chalata hun, hunk ki 2 service ho chukik hai isme abhi tak koi complain nahi hai but cbz xtrem me abhi ek servicing hi hui hai aur usme se bike jaise jaise speed lekar aage badhti hi uski clutch housing or may be pinion ki sound aati hai jo ki running condition me bhi clutch daba dene se aawaz band ho jati hai, jahan tak meri 13 years ki experience hai wo sound bike me us condition me clutch housing ya pinion ki hi sound hoti hai but bad luck hamara aapke service center ke mechanikon ko ye awaz hi nahi sunai deti hai, aisa kyon hai ki 3 months beforr ki bike me koi sound nahi aur bad ki bike me aisi sound kyon.maine service center se bahar check karwaya to unhone bhi yahi kaha ki ye clutch housing ya pinion ki sound hai.ab aap batao hum kahan jaen, main 78 thousand pay karne k bad bhi problem ko lekar jhelta rahun ya aapke dealer k pas bike jama kar dun, maine jamshedpur k sakchi kashidih service center me check karwaya but unhe to sound sunai deta nahi hai ya wo sound sunna nahi chahte.humen mere mail id [protected]@gmaikl.com par rep, ly den ya is no. Hello I am customer of hero moto corp.I have bought a new scooter (pleasure) from namha shibhai motors, pune.i m not satisfied with their service, before 8 days they took my bike. from tuesday they said next day next day. now today its sat. still i m not getting my bike...
another thing my bike is in warranty period but from begining its create problem...every time for service they charged me extra money...i m not satisfied ...please take some action ...its a request...
I buy my scooter (Mastro) a year back from PATWA ABHIKARAN PVT. LTD. (INDORE), The 1st servicing they had given me good but due to its far for me i had tried my further servicing from SANSKAR MOTORS (VIJAY NAGAR, INDORE) & for every service i get poor & poor experiance. Cleaning not good, policing not good, No concern person to advice for better millage & engine maintenance. All Detail known by there General Manager also but its same. I don't known weather my scooter servicing happening perfectly or not.
I will Complaint to Tarini Hero at Balichandrapur, Jajpur, Odisha, I buy a Bike on 6th May 2014, splendor Pro, but i am not satisfied he services, he is give me new bike but bike running 55 KM, He is give me bike not Washing, Not Cleaning, Not Tuning Setting & other settings any facility is not available there, he is service is very very bad, He is commitment not true, he will very very disappoint for customer every customer is not satisfied but anybody not compliant to her...so pls accepted my compliant and action to very quick, i am very very upset to this Dealer.. thank you...

I suffered with my bike in engine oil level down and abnormal noise from engine so submitted my bike four time on service center on 21/5/2014 but on 20/06/2014 bike not ready to handover me .

1 time on 15/12/12 in laxmi agency Pilkhuwa job card no. 1649 . problem are still same . received date 20/12/12

2 time on 30/12/12 in global agency Ghaziabad job card no. 4120 . problem remain same .received date 9/01/13

3 time on 24/04/13 in global agency Ghaziabad job card no . 1345 provblem remain same .received date 10/05/13

4 time on 21/05/14 in laxmi agency Pilkhuwa job card no. 1029 . submitted for same problem . not received upto 20/06/14
