[Resolved] hewitt — Activation of services without permission | |
Hi, I have been using an Idea prepaid mobile with no [protected]. From last few days i am struggling with deactivation of services(GPRS/MMS) which has been activated without my permission and that cost 20 rs per day to me.Even after making the request they took more than a day to deactivate and kept charging till today (08-Mar-2010). This happened thrice in last two days and lot of my time & effort wasted in communication with Idea custome care, rather then admitting their mistake customer care executives keps insisting that the service was activated on my request which they could nt able to prove ... It is case of clear harassment since lot of my time,energy and money got wasted because of their mistake.. Hoping a positive response from your side... hewitt — Unnecessary SMS
HiI would like to complaint about sms which i recieve from a number ([protected]) which i recieve for sauna belt on almost daily basis. I had call the number and requested them not to send the sms they had replied in such rude manner that like they are the supreme power and had no fear of law .
Please stop this kind of service and set example by punishing them.
