[Resolved]  Hindustan Lever Ltd - Pure It Water Filter — Request for battery change

Have been requesting for changing the battery in the Pure - it water filter. The service engineer has been calling me for the last one week to say that he is coming in the evening to do the job.

But the person doesnot turn up in the evening, with the result we need to wait for him at home.

We now repent for having purchased this product of Hindustan Lever Limited, which has a very very bad service back-up team.
This attitude of the engineer is totally ...totally frustating.

I would like to inform that whosoever wants to buy this product of HLL, pls dont go by the company name. You will be buying peace if you dont venture to buy.

Hindustan lever ltd. — No Response Helpline No.

Hindustan lever (pure it) product service very bad.(sorry) no service after making sales made by them. they published only helpline nos. but after sales they are cheating the customer. they are wasted our time as well as money ( phone call)
my self also suffered a lot.

THANKS TO ‘HLL - PURE-IT’ . I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Since 15 May 10, numerous complaints have been made for a change of battery kit but of no avail. The call center guys are clueless, seem to be very poorly trained and hang up on customers when they dont have an answer. To top it SMS after SMS is sent on my mobile claiming kit changed. The call center has forwarded a number of Mr Ved Prakash ([protected]) to sort out the issue but the number comes as switched off, which is hardly surprising. It is amazing the how a bunch of incompetent people can bring even Hindustan Lever, a company with strong fundamentals to disrepute. I would strongly urge only people with spare time for complaints to go for this product.

HLL pureit water purifier — Not replacing the Battery

We have taken Pure-IT Water purifier of HLL. The battery of purifier is now exhausted and for that we have been calling Pureit Helpline from lat 1 week. Every time the Helpline representative says that the Batteries are out of stock.
If HLL can provide the battery then why they are selling new purifier.

I am 100% agree with this comment. I am suffering from last 15 days for replaceing the Germkill Batt kit but till date no responser from company despit the "tommorrow" from customer care service executive.

I am frustrated from worst services of HLL.

For buying this product will give you a PAIN not GAIN.

Pure it- HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LTD — not delivering germkill (GKB) kit battery of in-home water purification system

-My customer ID of (Pure it) is [protected] in the named of Meenu Shrestha using it since 2008 meanwhile i have order 6-7 germ kill kit battery (GKB) n getting it on time through your Pure executive but this time when i ordered germ kill kit battery on 02/06/2010 ref: order no: S10/DLI [protected] but not received & than i registered complained on helpline no:[protected] on 06/06/201 with complain no.[protected] but no use only i have received sms on that regard that "they cannot trace my address".
-Than again i have complained this to C.care Exe (ref complain no.[protected] on 15/06/2010), confirmed my address given my phone no. but no use again got same sms "they cannot trace my address".
-Further complain & got complain no:[protected] & again got new order no. S10/DLI [protected] but still no positive response.
-Beside that resolve the matter you people use to give continous complain no. on my every phone call ( forth complain no:[protected] dtd 17/06/2010)
- Now u can the sequence of complain no. but not taking it seriously only the customer spend lot of money on phone calls from daed 02/06/2010 to 10/06/2010 pls tel me where is your standard of service stand now.
- Its sorry to say that Ur company has a very poor standard of dealing with their old customer .i am surprise to say that i am not been able to talk at Ur customer care no. with my mobile to tell my problem . so i request u to pl z sort out this as soon as possible .and improve Ur standard .other wise you will loose ur customer as wel as it becomes very difficult for the customer to believe in Ur company service. this is out of patience i think for every customer like me.

Request for part of the body where the water get fileterd
Have been requesting for changing the part of the body where the water get fileterd in the Pure - it water filter. Since 13th july 2010 i am puting the request thru [protected]/[protected], they are taking my request, but the no one turn up so far. It looks like very very bad service back-up team from Hindustan Lever Limited
very poor service I regret why I ever bought it .I run a coaching centre where 400 children need pure drinking water every day 15 days have passed and they do not provide any service.I regret I should have bought aqua guard.I was thinking may be with 2-3 pure it units we may be able to supply pure drinking water, alas...
I dont think, concerned person reads all these complaints and take necessary action against those. It is just a waste of time :-(
I have witnessed the Same Problem..Even I went by the name & got fooled..their service is very bad! In the very first week the Carbon filter got Blocked & the water stoped flowing..Then finally after constant complaining, they sent a guy after one month to attend to my problem..& now within 2months the Battery has turned completely red..& they expect us to buy a new battery for Rs.350 every two months..
I'm Very disatisfied with the poor service & Bad Quality of the product..
How does Hindustan Unilever ever even pass such Bogus products..!!??

I'm Satish Singh using HLL Pureit Water Purifier since 2008. Intially its works as magic, but after expiry of its battery life I had placed an order to change my battery kit. But after making prolonged communication over telephone or e-mail, their is no fruitful result has been give by the company helpline service. Till to date on calling they always verify my address and after that sending an SMS on my mobile and than forget about the orders. This type of attitutde shows that they are not interested to provide me the germ kit battery. So through this mail I warned every one who think to purchase PUREIT water filter they don't go to goodwill of the company bco'z it cheated U . As such like hindi pharse " Unche dukan Phekae pakwan"

But after making several communication over telephone ur helplines repersentative couldn't deliver my order till date.On query they only verify my address but never gives me any fruitful result. hoping to protect UR Goodwill UR delivery my order as early possiable.

I ordered Battery kit on 27.07.2010 but till date i have received nothing and i have also made complaints 3 times after 27.07.2010 about non delivry of battery and every time your attendent promised me to send battery by next day but you people are such careless kind of persons that you did nothing about my complaints.

you know this kind of worst/irresponisble behoviour does not effect customers this only ruins your HLL's Name. i agree your product is the best one but i would change it and buy the second best available in the market just because of your WORST after sale services and wont recommend your product to anyone. Last but not the least please make an addition to your advertisement that IF YOU WONT GET GOOD AFTER SALE SERVICES THEN YOU WILL GIVE 1 CRORE TO CUSTOMER

But they never turned up despite of several calls. Our money goes in phonecalls.NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT IN FUTURE.
i bought a hindustan lever pureit and when the very next day i installed itas i was not provided intallation by the dealer(surprising!), the tap and the body was found to be leaking. i made repeated complaints and when the engineer came and varified my complaints he first said he would repair it... did i pay for a repaired defectd water purifier??? second when i argued as it was purchased a day back and leakage was found at the very first use, he promised to replace my peice but after 2 days... does the hindustan lever purieit wants their customer to drink polluted water for 2 days dispite buying their product???
i think in todays world ... bigger the name, worst is their product and service.
