IT IS TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT OUR DEALER FOR H.P.GAS M/s PATLIPUTRA AGENCY IS NOT SUPPLYING COOKING GAS TO US IN SPITE OF OUR REPEATED REQUEST.
I have done booking for gas with them on 5/12/09 and my serial no .given to me on phone was 994. we kept on waiting and a day came we were in deep trouble for cooking gas and after a herculian effort i could contact the dealer on mobile no.[protected].
He told me that the vendor is not available with them for next 2/3 days. my repeated request and explanation of our condition did'nt influence him and courageously i was not sopplied the gas cylinder till date.
sir, each o[censored]s is a customer some time at some counter and that time he/she seeks the best services. is'nt it?
sir, how u can justify that each and every time THE CUSTOMER has to make umpteen no . of calls to your gas dealer for want of gas! sir , why not the whole LOGISTIC EXERCISE FOR TROUBLE FREE SERVICES IS ARRANGED BY YOU OR THE MINISTRY A FRESH?
CAN'T IT BE THAT THE CUSTOMER OF THE COOKING GAS -on which a family depends--IS MADE KNOWN OF THE EXPECTED TIME OF ARRIVAL OF GAS CYLINDER AT THEIR DOORSTEP? as the Traffic Signal or Telephone or various other services.
well, it is to request you to please take necessary notice of this complaint and oblize.please let me know ,by which time i will be able to receive the cooking gas.

I am a customer from your dealer Hindustan Gas Service, Amba Market, Ambala City.
My customer # is 510570.
I have booked the refill on 11, dec, 09 & still i have not recieved the refill as it has been 12, jan, 10 i.e about a month has passed. Even i went to the office for enquiry but they only handed me the slip dated 6, jan, 09 with delivery date of 19, jan, 10. This a big problem that consumer of your services has been suffering from. The question arises where the consumer should go for so much time without the delivery. I hope you will deal with my cpmplaint at the earliest possible.
