[Resolved] Hiranandani meadows, Thane West — spitting into our terrace | |||
I am writing this to complain about the problem that we are facing in the terrace of our apartment in Hiranandani meadows in Thane West. This is a 27 storeyed building and we are at the first floor. There's some person in one of the floors above who spits 'pan' into our terrace. Efforts have been made to send out circulars/notices but in vain. I feel that reputation they carry outside is no way matching when you deal with them, They quality of construction and way they deal with people has to improve a lot. I find employees do not have any commitment for their words and blame their own management.

install a camera first. it costs only 7000 odd bucks including a basic dvr and recording device.
Can't understand why almost all the builders behaving like this. God should save buyers from these kind of cheaters. They take our money and treating us very badly. They dont have heart. They simply cheating every buyer. I dont know what this RERA or CREDAI doing, why cant they black list these kind of builders and issue public notice for awareness? .
