I Jaya from Ahmedabad, purchased HITACHI 1.5 TON KAMPA A/C RAU318KSDD 3 STAR on 07/05/2012 and Installed on 08/05/2012.


I have purchased this AC from your Dealer Bhagwati Electronics, Shop no. 3, Kena Complex, Motera, Sabarmati, Ahmedabd.

After purchasing this AC I felt no cooling and It was also very noisy so I have registered complain with your Customer Care,

Technician visited at my home and According to him There is a Gas Linkage but he denied to repair that fault, and he said Charges has been not paid by dealer so he did not repair.

This is a Case of Fraud by Hitachi dealer , I am facing such type of problem because of him.

This is Nidhi Kumari from Pune(Maharastra), India.I have Hitachi 120GB hard disk which is in waranty period.Now i m facing lots of problem in this so i wanted to replace it. I called customer care many time but they did not pick up the call. Somehow after 1.5 months i manage to get the number of dealer in Pune.When i called them they said we don't care about your problem and even they did not attend me and said do what ever you want to do. So why we buy any product from Hitachi if i did not get service.
Please take necessary action so that company(Hitachi) did not lose their trust otherwise no one will trust on you.

this is Kushal Poddar from Kolkata.I purchased a split AC as on 16th of May, 2008. On 31st of march, 2009 I made a first complaint regarding the waterfall problem to the Kolkata service center[protected] & [protected])and now 10 days ago the problem has been solved. The problem was persisting since 6 months. I made inumerable calls on these two numbers and the technicians came many times and the problem remained unsolved within this period and in this intervening period my wall has been damaged and as a consumer, I have a right to receive compensation to the extent of loss damaged to my property. I approached Kolkata Head Office and they refused to hear my request. the treatment that i got is totally unjust and unfair. my time, money and energy has been wasted in these last 6 months for the waterfall problem. and so i am not demanding any refund for that. my only request is to bear the extent of loss caused to my property.. and Mr. Rahaman knows about my property getting damaged from the beginning. Why the technicians came many times and the still the problem remain unsolved? why did not Mr. Rahaman come and personally attend my home? Ihave decided not to recommend anyone to take any item of this brand... i bought this AC because of this brand and now i am really frustrated and humiliated by the treatment of your employees at Kolkata Branch. please look into the matter immediately.this matter needs urgent attention. and this is my final ray of hope...

this is prem agrawal frm orissa sambalpur. i purchased a split ac as on 07th july 2010 from CHANDAN BROTHERS(IN FRONT OF LIC BUILDING BUDHARAJA SAMBALPUR ORISSA) .BILL NO IS 321. i am faceing lots of problems.I called customer care and also called dealer( CHANDAN BROTHER) many times but they did not responce i bought this AC because of this brand and now i am really frustrated and humiliated by the treatment of your dealer at sambalpur Branch. please look into the matter immediately.this matter needs urgent attention. and this is my final ray of hope.

Hitachi AC — Fraud from dealer

Hi , i brought Hitachi 1.5 ton window AC from Utility Trading Engineers ,sec 35-B Chandigarh,
On 20/03/12 they agree for free installation and i was paid all amount in cash , but on the time of installation
they refuse to install, How cheap they are .................., first time i face this type of cheap behavior in my life , very disappointing with Utility Trading Engineers , and recommend all my reader ,to not buy any product from them,

I bought Hitache ACE on 27 Apr 2012. Installation itself they did it on 30 Apr 2012. Still the water pipe is not fixed correctly. I raised request for this - [protected].
They used to say 48 hours we will resolve this issue. But no action is taken at all. Very very poor service.. :(.
