I bought a Hitachi Ace Cutout 1.5 Ton 5 Star rated Split AC. I was told by the dealer that its the best, but now I feel that its the worst product that I have ever bought. Just after five days of working, the AC went out of order.When I contacted the customer care, they said they will do it within 48 hrs but it was all wrong.They took 10 days in bringing my AC back to function.I am having 12 ACs at my home of National And LG & all of them are working very well though they are 9 years old. I had never expected such a bad response from Hitachi. So before buying Hitachi, must see other better options. Was this information helpful? | |
