[Resolved]  Hitachi — malfunctioning of split ac & non replacement of them within guarantee period

sir, i have purchased 2 1.5 ton split ac on 02/03/2013 bearing model no-RAU518HSDD/2012 from NEW DUTTA BROS.,P.O.HINDMOTOR,HOOGHLY,712233.since then it has been malfunctioning several times.sometimes the valve & nut inside the machines were broken for which hot air was coming out of them.next time the motor inside it was defective & it was being repaired.again the transformer & circuit was defective for which the ac were not working.the dealer provided that they had bought the ac from ASSOCIATE MARKETING AGENCY,181,DHARMATALA ROAD,SALKIA,HOWRAH,WEST BENGAL,711106,INDIA.i even provided them a written request to replace the faulty ac's as early as possible on 19/07/2013 but still no response is provided by them. therefore i request u to kindly provide me a quick solution to the severe problem and make it possible to replace those faulty ac.
