[Resolved] Hitachi — MACHINE NOT WORKING/COOLING | |||
Dear Sir! We bought a double door (390L) referigerator from Hitachi on 16.03.2011. To start with, I must submit that we kept waiting for company employee to visit us for installation but inspite of repeated requests through your customer care and the dealer, they turned after 07 days for the same. Presently, our newly purchased referigerator has stopped working of its own because of some electrical snag wef 23.04.2011. This time also, we approached the customer care (req no.[protected]), I was told that someone will visit and do the needful within 24 hours but no body has turned so far. We purchased this appliance based solely on Hitachi reputation and quality care but now I am feeling disgusted, cursing mu satrs and do not know what to do. I would really appreciate if something could be done in this regard. It is needless to write how important is this appliance in our households.
