cheating the employees not giving PF amount even resigned in the proper manner not yet given to anybody . Regarding this issue police complaint registered against Hofincons management, still HR and other manger's cheating the workers as well as not responding to all workers, simply spoiling the people's life(endless) eg., Not providing OT amount fully where is cut-off the OT for each and every persons for every month, (The OT amount is not the double of one day salary or anything they are giving Exactly per day salary)and they are concentrate only for them incentives.NOT providing ESI for any single persons Increment, bonus, salary slip. particularly pay slip is not transparency, they have every time telling us to low quotation ...so youngsters Pls DON'T COME TO HOFINCONS
