Home Care Slutions — No Service from Home Care Slutions

Dear Sir

I have taken a membership from one of the company named as - Homecare Solutions. My membership number is JSN 2158 This company provide's the homecare solutions like electrician, plumber or hardware engineers for any mantinance problem, but the day I have taken the membership, I requested no of times for a electrician but there is no response from their end.

Kindly suggest how should I procceed further,

Hi,

Home Care Solutions — no service provided

My membership no. with the above mentioned company is JSN 2173. I have repeatedly filed complaints yesterday requesting an electrician to be sent to my house. The company under its scope offers the same to its members. however there has been no response and i am not getting any service from them as promised in their membership scheme.

i would like a full refund of my membership which is R.499

Worst service ever & extremely rude staff too.

Even after 24 hours of lodging a complaint, they have no committment / info on when their technician will visit.

these people are fraud i become member on 22/07/09 membership no is jsn 002545 i have paid rs 599 through cheque no 271718 icici bank ltd I am trying to contact these persons so many times but nobody is responding. please take necessary action against the company This company detail address is (as per there membership Card).

The Home Care Solutions name COMPANY is totally FRAUD COMPANY. They not taking any phone calls. My ID No. is JSN 2595. I had requested so many times for a SERVICE of PLUMBER, but no reply from their side. The COMPANY IS 100% FRAUD.

Dear Concerned,

I took the membership with Home Care Solutions on 30th.May’09 & I won’t hesitate to mention that I have not seen this kind of poor service in my lifetime. I called on their call center on 26th.June & asked to send a plumber on 28th.June as the shower in my bathroom was continuously leaking, however even after showing the utmost urgency nobody turned up & suddenly a man claiming to a plumber from “ Home Care Solutions” turned up after 5 days on 2nd.July’09 without any information, my wife was alone at home at this point of time.

Without even checking the shower the so called plumber declared that “phase” of both shower taps need to be changed & which we are supposed to bring from the market & will cost Rs.300, now since my wife was alone at home so she could not arrange for the “phase” & the man went away.

I kept on calling the call center from 3rd.July & managed to get through your call center no. on 7th.July’09, I asked your representative to send a plumber on 11th.July so that I can get it fixed in front of me as I had an off from my office on 11th.(Sat).

I kept on waiting for the plumber on 11th. & decided to give a call at your call center to inquire about the status & I was really shocked to hear when your representative calmly told me that he cannot come today & will come on Monday(13th.). This irritated me & I kept on insisting to send the plumber on 11th or 12th as I will be at home on both the days & to get the work done on 13th.(Monday) I will have to apply for another leave which is not justified at all as I informed them 4 days in advance.

After continuous insistence, I was given the phone nos. of their senior representatives Mr.Rajiv Malhotra(M-[protected]) who did not pick my phone at all & then I spoke to Mr.Samir on [protected], who assured me that he will send the plumber on 12th.(Sunday) by 12.00PM. I kept on waiting till 2.00PM but nobody turned up, I tried the nos of your call center & Mr.Samir but No one took my call.
Finally I had to arrange for a plumber from outside, who came, opened the shower tap, changed the washer in just 10 minutes & charged Rs.50 only. This was an eye opener for me as their man could also have repaired it in a similar manner without creating so much of trouble for us.

This episode clearly shows that this is a fraud company just collecting Rs.599/- from people without any intention of giving any service. I have asked them to refund my money but haven't got any response till date even after one & a half month.

my m. ship no -2279 i am a customar of home care from last 1 year i complitly disagree with all those people who sade home care not providing the servises because i used there servises around 10 time every time i got very good responce from company i think that all people are conected from the comptiter of home care solutions that why they write like that

Home Care Solutions is a fraud company, I have no doubt after reading these complaints and I am also one who is cheated. My membership no is: JSN-2979 and I am from South Delhi.

I think we should think of online complaint or we should go to police station to lodge the complaint.

Hope all these people will be arrested soon.

I got registered with same company by paying 799 by cheque to the company, membership no JSN 3281, on 10/11/09 account was activated

Not a long time passed that i became a member and I dealt with them but the only and first dealing was so terrible that I'm trying hard to trace to get my money back and seriously don't want to continue. (after reading so many complaints about them now i think my money is dumped)

Technicians are not at all capable of handling jobs. They spoil your existing stuff even

experience I had in just first call for plumber.
Firstly they send plumber after three days of my registering complaint and finally when he came on 14/11/09.
5 taps were leaking and 2 were having free in movement. He said its face needs to be replaced, I sent him along with my servant to nearby shop to get material. while installing them he damaged 3 faces which he bought new, also we were looking at not trained to how to fit in. For 1 hr job he took around 4 hrs. After finishing we checked flow of water from taps was slow he answered water is not thr in tank. so we switched on water to fill the tank and he left. After a while when we checked situation was same of slow flow. moreover all taps were so tight to open. After an hour one tap felt down on its on and notstop water was flowing. Immediate I called Home Care solution and told about situation. they refused to send anybody urgently and the girl on phone said she'll send tomorrow morning. We had no other way to call local area plumber. When He came he told us about wrong material fitted in taps, smaller faces have fit instead of bigger faces. money spend 50/- for urgent call + new material. and the things didnot stop here one by one all taps came down.
Useless to say but we called many times to Home care solution company but their phones failed as they are not in service. just by chance i could speak there once then rude reply i got that labors are on strike because of salary and I cannot send anybody.

All is that I spend around three times higher money for that such a small job and tension in the house hold routine tasks.

I HAD EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THEM.THEY R FRAUD

my card no is JSN 3331. I WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT I CALLED TO THE CALL CENTRE FOR MY COMPUTER AND ELECTRICITY PROBLEM 5 DAYS BEFORE . BUT THEY R NOT RESPONDING ANY COMPLAIN I THINK I HAVE BEEN CHEATED AS I HAVE ALREADY PAID Rs.899 (10 DAYS) BEFORE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

There is no contact from this service provider, This company seems to be totally Fraud, all tel numbers given by the company does not exist.
Total waste for Rs.599/-, I can't the company on any tel number...
