DELAY IN LOAN DISBURSMENT
Date :- 18.02.2010
Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to my housing loan application submitted on 18.01.2010 for Rs.8.21 Lakhs at SBI R.A.C.P.C. BKC, Mumbai, the case was opened starting with
1) Verification call on 20.01.2010.
2) Followed by personal verification at residence and office on 20th & 21st Jan ,2010 respectively.
3) I also received confirmation sms form SBI R.A.C.P.C. BKC, Mumbai 19.01.2010 from mobile no [protected].
4) I received a site verification call on 06.02.2010. The person who called me had visited the site and also confirmed necessary documents from the builder on site.
5) My wife had visited personally to SBI R.A.C.P.C. BKC, Mumbai on 11.02.2010 to enquire about the loan disbursement status.
6) She had talked to J.S. Athavale madam. Madam informed my wife that the loan is pending for search report from Advocate Aditi P More, Pune.
7) Athavale madam had called More madam in front of my wife for the search report on 11.02.2010 and More madam had informed Athavale madam that the report had already been dispatched on 10.02.2010.
8) Athavale madam told my wife (on 11.02.2010) after receiving the report and verification of the same the loan will be disbursed by next Friday. My wife also enquired how we will come to know about the status of loan. Athavale madam told that she will call me.
9) After waiting for 1 week since there was no call or message from SBI R.A.C.P.C. BKC, Mumbai my wife again visited on 18.02.2010 and met Athavale madam.
10) Athavale madam informed my wife that the file is still pending for search report.
11) My wife obtained phone no. of More madam and enquired about the search report. More madam told my wife that the report had already been dispatched on 10.02.2010 (one day before my wife personally visited SBI R.A.C.P.C. BKC, Mumbai and met Athavale madam) by Palande Courier having docket no.3582428.
12) One week time has been passed after 11.02.2010 (after receiving the search report by courier) Athavale madam had not taken any pain to find the search report.(am I responsible for all the documents?)
13) On checking the docket status I found that the courier had been delivered from Pune to Mumbai on 11.02.2010.I have attached the receipt of courier along with this mail.
14) Athavale madam first search for the report and was not able to trace it. After searching for a while in which she was unsuccessful.
15) Athavale madam then approached Sir D.K.Gupta (Chief Manager R.A.C.P.C, Mumbai) and told him that the search report was misplaced by her.
16) Gupta Sir then told the concern person to locate the search report but also was unsuccessful in doing so.
17) Gupta Sir them informed my wife that the we will locate the search report and inform me.
It has been almost one month since I have submitted all relevant documents required for the home loan. There had not been a single complaint regarding any shortfall of either general document or builder document which you may please take a note of it.
Also we have never pushed your department for any hurry. After seeing today’s response and the actions taken by R.A.C.P.C. Mumbai Department in mishandling of document and the carelessness shown by Athavale madam in unnecessary delaying the procedure for the loan.
I and my wife have taken the pains to write this letter because I have received the letter from builder in which he will charge me an interest @24% p.a. for the delay in his payment. Today builder informed me that about 95% of the work is completed.
If no further strict action is taken to disburse our loan I would be sorry to inform you that I would be applying to HDFC BANK for Home loan. I have seen HDFC BANK disbursing the loan within the one week time to my other society members without any hassle. And also I would ensure that no one from my know how will approach SBI for any type of Loan and Deposit.

I do agree with SBI non-friendly behaviour. They have already delayed one month for part-payment disbursement of loan and builder is charging 18% interest.God knows only how much more time they will take? It is very difficult to contact them.they don't pick up phones.

The support people are completely useless, the same incident happens to me on my homeloan application @ RACPC Bandra Mumbai, on which they have taken almost 2 months 10 days to diburse the loan amount.

Sanction amount and Letter
Hi all,
I had applied for Housing Loan thought LIC housing Finance through their agent Islam ([protected]) in July 2009, at the time submitting i had clearly mentioned my requirement of Loan amount to that agent and he has also agreed that you will get this amount.
Then i did continuous follow up from my side for getting loan sanction but after following up more than 2 months i didn't any update from LIC.
And suddenly one fine day (in December 2009 month) i received call from LIC executive saying that your loan has been sanctioned but when i asked about amount he said 13,50,000.00 i immediately rejected that offer i said at the time applying loan i had clearly mentioned my requirement of 14,50,000.00. Shankar said to me that at the time disbursement we will change your amount. And on the next few days i received a SMS that LIC deposited cheque of RS 2000 which i given to them.
So i asked him for providing sanction letter but i didn't received any sanction letter to my home or office address. Then i escalated this to his manager Santosh via mail on 2nd Feb 2010.
Now agent i observe that agent is not taking my call also.
So could you please look into this issue?

Showing my name in defaulter list
Dear Sir,
I have a home loan account in IDBI bank Jaipur of Rs. 1437000 A/C [protected]. There is a triparty agreement between builder,bank and with me where it has mentioned that till the possession of home the interest will be paid by the Builder. We have approached bank to clarify the same that who is actual liable for this. Document says somthing and bank is doing other thing. Now my nam is showing in defaulter list. The builder has not handed over the home and stop paying the interest part. It seems that in whole event the bank and the builder made us fool and taking advantage of it. I have filed a civil case against bank and builder. If you want we can provide all details. my only request is to please remove my name from the defaulter list. Please examin the case

Sir,
This is Eswaramoorthy Chenniappan, son of Late T.P.Chenniappan and Mrs. C.Jayalakshmi. I am building owner of Bank of Baroda perundurai branch. BOB perundurai branch Property is under name of C.Jayalakshmi (Mother) and myself (Eswaramoorthy Chenniappan). We have availed loan of Rs.10,00,000 on 2004 for renovation of property where BOB perundurai branch is located. We have requested to deduct EMI's from BOB lease rent account, which is under mother name (C.Jayalakshmi). During November 2007, we came to know that there are over due's so we paid Rs. 89,000 and requested to deduct EMI's on monthly basis without delay from rent account which has enogh fund to deduct EMI's. Eventhough we requested, during year May 2008 to May 2009 EMI's where not properly deducted. Luckly we ourselves observed the defect and paid required amounts of Rs.1,12,000. As staff's are not deducting EMI's properly, we requested branch manager to make EMI's as ECS from May 2009 onwards. Now we got overdue of Rs.22,000 and enquired with manager about it, manager analysed the report and it is found out that for late payment of EMI's during 2008 due to loan department mistakes we have recieved overdue.
I observed lot of customers were complaint for the same issue and branch manager is working on it. Luckly we got good manager for branch and atleast he is helping customers.
My concern is that if bank staff does mistakes then we are requested to pay extra amount. Please advise me on this issue.
For information:
Eventhough I am building owner of BOB Perundurai branch, I would like to intimate you that all customers in perundurai is not satisfied with branch response. Staffs are not treating customers well and lot of good customers are closing accounts. Please take necessary action to stop such irresponsibility of staffs against customers so that exising good customers will not leave the bank.

I agree that Bank staff is not treating customers well, lazzy in doing work and lot of good customers are closing accounts. Last week one of my cousin brother who has account in BOB Perundurai branch, deposited money in his account. As it was rush hour, staff requested to get transaction printed in passbook later time. So he left without getting transaction printed in passbook. After 3 days he has requested staff to print transaction in passbook, it is found out that money was not deposited in his account. When he complaint, it is found out that money is being deposited in another account. Not only this, lot of customers are facing other issues.
Eventhough BOB Perundurai branch is located at main place of the town, were every one can commuite easily and thereby a chance of getting new customers is high. If staffs keep on doing this then customers will prefer to move to other banks.

I strongly agree on the complaint. Now banks like SBI & others are doing good and treating customers well. Customers are very satisfied with others banks response. At present BOB has got manager such that he is looking bribe for everything. I heard that branch premises lease got completed and even he may look bribe from owner for extending lease. Also heard that owner is not willing to provide premises to extend the lease as they are not satisfied with bank. Hope if BOB loose such a good premises then they will loose customers as the place is located on main place of town were every one can easily commutte. Request to take action against branch to stop irresponsibility of Manager & staffs against customers so that exising good customers will not leave the bank.
I have seen few of customers who came to BOB for depositing money have been redirected to other banks. Hope branch staff is getting commission from other banks by redirecting customers. Also I do not want to tell other stories and comments in this.

Common people were not given coins eventhough bank branch is getting from mints. We have observed that coins are distributed for commisssion basis for some of the business shops. Myself and other customers have requested coins lot of times but haven't received atleast once. Manager is one of the stupid person who never cares of customer and looking only money from commission. I never seen such kind of person in higher position in bank. Also I have heard from one of the customer that even he do not have good relation with building owner. We need to think even if he is not having good relation with owner then how normal customer will get it from him. If any higher people come and give forms to customers to fill complaint if any, lot of customers will provide complaint about manager. I humbly request higher management to visit branch without any intimation to branch staffs to see how bank staffs are working and treating customers.

Still BOB bank is not doing good!!! Customer is not satisfied and most of them are closing accounts in BOB Perundurai branch and moving to SBI Perundurai branch. For example Kongu vellalar school Perundurai had nearly 500 accounts in BOB and due to issues, all accounts have be closed and moved to some other bank. I heard that even BOB Perundurai branch building owner is not satified with banks response and requested bank to vacate the branch but no response from BOB. Even building owner is treated such away how come normal customer treated. Hope BOB branch will be closed very soon...

I humbly request government to privatize all public sector banks so that they can save public money inspite of giving money to bank staffs as monthly salary without doing any work.
For instance - BOB Perundurai branch staffs are not doing anything, coming by 9:45 AM having tea, biscut, Vada by 10:45 AM & 3:30 PM which is provided by bank on daily basis. For which bank is spending nearly INR 10, 000.00 per week.
There should be amendment of rule such that if staff get more complaints, they should be thrown out like corporate sector. If it happens then all staff will work properly and treat the customers well. Prove for Bank "Customers are only source were banks can earn profit". If no customers come to bank where will bank exists??? Even if bank is closed, bank staffs will not have any problem as they will be transferred to other place. They will repeat above things only.
I heard that BOB is opening another branch in Perundurai/Erode, if it opens 'N' number of new branchs which customer will prefer to open account in the bank! Its waste of public tax money better try to make bank work well with existing customer.

Home Loan for renovation @SBI
I wish to have House renovation and remodelling loan from SBI worth of Rs 2lakh.
For this i approached to Srinagar road,Kolkata-700094 branch for further proceeding.But fact is no one responded well in regard to this, they told repeatedly that my application will not be approved from processing central cell, they completely demoralized me for the whole duration.At per Act of Information i want to know that where any particular documentation is there that for low amount applicant loan will not be approved by Bank?
Also SBI is giving loan High-5 for at fixed interest rate.Can anyone drive that whether i am eligible for this particular scheme or not?

EMI BEFORE PRE EMI
We had applied for housing loan in HDFC bank on 18th November 2009 and was approved on 30th November 2009 for Rs. 3000000/- which we had asked for. After that bank had disbursed the amount of Rs. 2618415/- by cheque(dated 2nd December 2009) to UNITECH. Now at a time of submitting all documents, pre emi & emi cheque on 01st December 2009, we were told pre EMI amount of Rs.17217/- and for which we had given a cheque (no. 675250 dated 26th December 2009), which was a first amount payable to bank from our side, and after that emi of Rs. 21902/- from 15TH January 2010. We were also told that you will receive repayment schedule within a week time to your address. At that time we had submited cheques as stated below
Pre EMI amount - Rs. 17217/- cheque no - 675250 dated 26th december 2009
6 X EMI amount for January - June 2010 Rs.21902/- from Rashmi KApadia's bank account
6 X EMI amount for July - December 2010 Rs.21902/- from Mitesh KApadia's abnk account.
Now after all this HDFC bank has sent a cheque of Rs. 21902/-(which is not even pre EMI amount) to my bank on 4th December (we have not given any cheque for stated date to HDFC bank) on that day probably disbursed amount was also not cleared to my builder (UNITECH).and due to mistake in date my bank had dishonored the cheque, After conveying this error to sector 14, Gurgaon Branch (Mr. Pranay Sharma) they told us that due to some mistake FROM THERE SIDE they have sent November 2010 EMI cheque of Rs.21902/- dated 15th November 2010 to my bank for clearance. Which is little difficult to understand, and said that we will send you an apology latter for the same to you at earliest. But up till now on 7TH January 2010 neither we have received any apology latter nor any feedback from the bank. Instead of receiving apology latter from bank we have received one payment due and penalty latter for the above amount and stated that payment was dishonored due to insufficient balance, which is completely wrong, because cheque was dishonored due to mistake in date, which is completely not acceptable.
How come even any EMI payment will be payable before even disbursement?
How come EMI will be payable before pre EMI?
And how come bank sent a cheque for clearance whenever bank wants?
And now we are keep on calling HDFC staff but no one is giving either solution nor any way to solve this problem.....
because this mistake spiled my loan record reputation....

6 X EMI amount for January - June 2010 Rs.21902/- from Rashmi KApadia's bank account
6 X EMI amount for July - December 2010 Rs.21902/- from Mitesh KApadia's abnk account.
Now after all this HDFC bank has sent a cheque of Rs. 21902/-(which is not even pre EMI amount) to my bank on 4th December (we have not given any cheque for stated date to HDFC bank) on that day probably disbursed amount was also not cleared to my builder (UNITECH).and due to mistake in date my bank had dishonored the cheque, After conveying this error to sector 14, Gurgaon Branch (Mr. Pranay Sharma) they told us that due to some mistake FROM THERE SIDE they have sent November 2010 EMI cheque of Rs.21902/- dated 15th November 2010 to my bank for clearance. Which is little difficult to understand, and said that we will send you an apology latter for the same to you at earliest. But up till now on 7TH January 2010 neither we have received any apology latter nor any feedback from the bank. Instead of receiving apology latter from bank we have received one payment due and penalty latter for the above amount and stated that payment was dishonored due to insufficient balance, which is completely wrong, because cheque was dishonored due to mistake in date, which is completely not acceptable.
How come even any EMI payment will be payable before even disbursement?
How come EMI will be payable before pre EMI?
And how come bank sent a cheque for clearance whenever bank wants?
And now we are keep on calling HDFC staff but no one is giving either solution nor any way to solve this problem.....
because this mistake spiled my loan record reputation....

I was offered an ROI of 10.25 % from HDFC Home loans for which i kept paying PRE-EMI for almost 7 months. When they started accepting the intallment as EMI, they increased the ROI to 11.50%. Then they asked me to deposit a conergence fees of 10, 000 as a convergence fees to get the ROI reduced.
They have stopped giving the details of principal and interest paid/remaining on a monthly basis online.
In case I try to get the loan transferred to a different bank, they would slap me with a 2% charges on the remaining principal.
I tried to pay online but their site was not working for 5 continous days. Eventually i had to drop a cheque on 1st of this month. My schedule allows me to pay till 5th of every month. Still they charged me with the late fees. I really doubt if their actions are really being monitored for compliance with standards. Anyways, i won't accept it as my fate and will continue to fight against these unethical practices.

That, I would like to rewind the story related to the above loan which was taken through your Indore office, Indore towards purchase of a Flat.
That, I was determined to purchase a flat in the year of 2007 and during that period an Agent of your Citifinancial, Indore approached and converse me that he is eager to help me by providing immediate loan from Citifinancial (I was not interested in private institutions and the name of your firm was hearing by me first time, on that day). He further stated that for immediate processing of the loan /documents a sum of Rs. 15000/- is essential as commission as well as he also stated that out of this amount, some payment will have to provide to some senior officers of the branch. I have agreed his proposal since a flat suitable for me was on sale hence I have to make an immediate payment to the property owner. I have started to arrange required documents demanded by your Agent & Officers.
That on 28.11.07 I have received loans of Rs. 222246.60 vide your cheque No. 673020 dated 28.11.07 for which I have provided cheques towards EMI/installment of The Federal Bank Ltd., Indore since my S.B. Account was with Federal Bank.
That in the month of February’2008 I have forced to change my Bank due to inconvenience in smooth operation. On 12.02.08 (after releasing EMI for the month of February’2008 of the above loan, from Federal Bank) I approached your Office at Indore and enlighten the authority about my goal to change the Bank to South India Bank (which is opened near to my residence at Vijay Nagar, Indore). The concerned authority of your office at Indore informed me that they have no problem in the changing the Bank but there is some formality to be completed to swap the Bank/cheque. I agreed with them and on their advice I have deposited Rs. 750/- in cash vide your receipt No. 1015830 dated 12.2.2008 at 10:59:44 a.m. towards cheque swapping charges at Race Course Road office, Commerce house, Upper ground floor, Indore and also provide your concerned authority seven cheques of South India Bank bearing No. 271671 to 271677 vide my letter dated 12.02.2008 and closed my Federal Bank account. I also requested through the above letter to return my cheques of Federal Bank for which your officer informed me that the cheques of Federal Bank will be forwarded to you by mail to the residence address but till date I have not received the same, I approached on various occasions in this regard but no response could be obtained.
That on the basis of above, the next EMI / installment should be released / withdrawn from South India Bank, Indore from the month of March’2008. But due to mistake / negligence of your concerned officers, they again approached for EMI/installment to Federal Bank, Indore in the month of March’2008 but EMI was unpaid since account was closed under intimation to your office vide my latter dated 12.2.08 along with cheque of South India Bank, Indore after providing required fee of Rs. 750/- towards cheque swapping charge vide your Receipt No. 1015830 dtd. 12.2.08.
That yesterday (02.01.2010), I received a phone call from your office that a cheque / EMI dishonoured penalty for the month of March’2008 is pending and advice me to deposit immediately. As narrated above, why I should pay the penalty ? since the negligence was of your concerned department / officers.
That due to the grace of god till today there is no such situation had come showing my account “insufficient fund†then there is no meaning to unpaid any cheque.
I hope the situation are clear to you and will take appropriate action against the negligent officer to avoid any legal proceedings, in this regard.

home loan reject by IDBI bank
Dear sir,
I applied for home loan with IDBI bank before 3 months ago after receiving all charges like as processing fees and other charges Rs. 11087/- when I am ready to register the plot they rejected the loan. No reason given for rejecting loan but his officials hint me about the reason.The loan rejected due to CIBIL report.When I request for the report it is seen there are three credit card on my name when i hold only one credit card which is issue by SBI and this card regular.Other one HDFC credit card it was setteled in the year 2007.one two wheeler loan by GE it was repaid by me in the year 2007 and they give me NOC for cacelling hypothication,other one cosumer loan which was paid in full by the month 9/2009, and the CIBIL shows the outstanding against all.It means the CIBIL has no right to show the credit report against humans,when they are not confirmed about the transaction how they shows the false report the banks and shocked these matured banks are depended upon the false report. In all myself to be lost Rs.700000/- seven lacs and the plot owner refused the time is over he refund my money in instalment.for that who is responcible? If I suiside who will support my family?For this situation the CIBIL and the IDBI bank responcible.If I finished my life if the money recieved the above two are responsible .

ICICI charges money to reduce floating rate loan
Hi,
I too had similar problem. Although RBI decreased the CRR, etc, ICICI charged me a hefty sum to reduce my home loan from 13.25% to 9 %, which still is higher than new applicants. I had started at 7.75%
New applicants should realise that they are also in for similar problem. It is just a marketing gimmick, to get unsuspecting consumers entangled.
My experience with ICICI has been BAD.
Just tring to reduce my relationship with this Bank.

CIBIL report
I availed for a home loan with bank in Chennai year 2005. And i had closed the loan without any outstanding on year 2007.
Currently i availed for a new home loan in Chennai, bank told me that CIBIL report shows date past due in my previous loan account. I checked the CIBIL report and it is showing up. Same time it shows account is closed without any overdue. Bank also gave me No Objection Certificate. Because of the DPD history its really impacting me in getting a loan. Please help me on how to clear the DPD from my CIBIL report.

when i applied the for the Personnel Loan ,it was rejected due the reason that i have taken a home loan for app. Rs.23lakh & it is in cibil.As per my memory i have not taken any home loan from any bank as per my memory,infact one home loan was sanctioned into my name by ICICI bank, & the disbursement was not made to me due to the reason that Seller refused to sale as prices increase during the period i applied for & sanctioned by the bank, Can i ask the concerned authority where my fault lies for the same & why entered in the Cibil .Therefore i will request u to pl clear the same. thanking you

How to clear cibil report
my housing loan application rejected due to my cibil report.

Home Loan — cheque submitted without permission
Dear Sir/Madam,I had applied for a home loan for Rs.46 lacs to your office at AJC Bose Road, Kolkata on/around 25th February 2009. First of all after taking all documents (including a blank account payee cheque) and verbally confirming me a loan of 30 lacs, I received no other communication from the Bank/agent.On 5-6th March I was given a sanction letter for 30 lacs. I said that I would take 1-2 days to read all the clauses and agreement.
To my surprise my on the next day I got a call from the bank that my blank cheque had been presented by "ICICI Home loan", filling in an amount of around Rs.8300/- I did not have sufficient funds in the account and hence the cheque had to be returned. I understand that a bank of such high repute would not be indulging in malpractice so as to present my cheque without my permission.Hence I would request you to confirm to me as to who is forging my signature so as to give ICICI a go ahead to present my cheque to the bank.
You would understand that this is a blatant case of fraud and malpractise. In addition to a charge from my bank of Rs.380/- for returning the cheque I have had to suffer a loss of credibility.

Hi,I had taken Home Loan from HDFC Bank. First they have issued the cheque for first payment. I cannot take the amount for first week. The reason is NRO account is not opened as I am NRI. They have also not issued the card to withdraw the amount. But they charged the interest amount. I asked them that I cannot use the amount you have issued for first week. So, I have requested to waive the interest for the first week. They refused and said that they cannot do anything. Banker said that we charge interest on the date of cheque issued. We never bother about the collection details. Later I received all the operations and got the amount.
I was really upset by this. Then the next incident arised.
As my father was the power holder, he called to the Bank and checked whether he can withdrew the amount of 5 lacs on start of Month. Banker responded that it can be done. But when I checked the statement occassionally on March end, 5 Lacs was disbursed and the projected interest was shown with the inclusion of 5 Lacs loan. This time, they had not issued the cheque. When I asked this query, they said that they have cancelled this transaction by mail.
If the amount is not properly disbursed as they said through cheque, then how can they show that the amount is disbursed on 02 March 2009.
For first case, Myself and my father went to HDFC Bank to get the loyal response. But we got upset only.
The procedure they follow is not correct. For first case, if account is not operatable, how can they issue the cheque. For the second case, how can the NRO account statement can show the disbursement details as of 02 March 2009 for the cheque not issued. This was revealed till 23 March 2009. Till now, I have not got any cheque from them. Also, I don't require this amount at this moment.

Home Loan — Procrastination and harrassment
I own a flat in Kolkata and wanted to purchase a new one very close to my current flat. The building is under construction and is 80% complete as on April 30, 2009. I first approached HDFC bank in end of February, whereby I submitted bank statements, xerox copies of my investments and securities, filled up the form, and was told that I was eligible for a loan of 6, 00, 000 which was what I wanted in the first place. I was told to submitted further documentation including few original documents which was done prompty. The total property cost is 10 lac, so the remaining 4 lac was paid to the builder on getting the green signal from the bank. The orginal receipt of payment to the builder along with proof regarding the source of money were also provided. All property related documents were submitted after which we recieved the first official letter from the bank stating "To the builder, Congratulations, we will be pleased to note that Mr. Sankha Mukherjee has applied for home loan from HDFC, and please submit all the property related documents for final disbursment of the loan". This was recieved in March 18, 2009(I have the letter with me as a proof). I was also given a disbursment plan with disbursment date mentioned as March 31, 2009(I have the document as proof). They have taken away my original sale agreement, and receipt of payment to the builder. I have been to the bank on at least 24-25 occasions personally apart from making uncontable number of phone calls. Today is April 30, 2009 and I have not received the loan amount and was told that on site inspection by the bank will be conducted and after that payment will be disbursed. I had purchase a individual home through loan of Rs.7, 50, 000 from Brila Home Finance (BHW) on September 2004 at a rate of 7.25% interest for 20 years. On this date the BHW collected 12.25% of interest from me for more than 20 years of my loan tenure. As on now other National Banks as well as other private banks charges 9% interest for home loan. But the BHW did not reduced their interest for any cause, it is rediculas and it seems that BHW cheated their customers by charging heavy loan interest of 12.5%. Home Loan — Unjustified interest rate and for having reduced interest rate as per the market, bank is asking 1.93% of principal outstanding.
I have taken a Home loan from ICICI bank. In the starting interest rate was around 8% and close to market rate. At present they are charging 12 % of interest rate. After discussing to bank loan department, they are saying, they can reduce it to 9.25%, only if we pay 1.93% of balance outstanding principal amount.While increasing the interest rate, they never concern about the customer or consumer. While reducing the interest rate, as per the market, they have this scheme. If you want to reduce the interest rate, you can do this, after depositing 1.93% of amount of principal outstanding.
Fresh loan they are offering at even low interest rate i.e. 8.75%.
And if, I transfer the balance to some other bank, where I can get interest rate of 8.5%, then ICICI will charge penalty of 2.25% on principal outstanding.
This is not fair with the consumer.
My outstanding loan amount is Rs. 13 Lacs, Tenure left is 168 months.

Home Loan — Desperate delay in Sanctioning loan
With reference to the above file number, we have applied for 15 Lac loan on 15th Dec 2009 but till 13 Jan 2010 we have not got any status from your side the Legal verification and personal detail verification from your bank inspected our site and our office on 26 Dec 2009, from that day onwards no response from your field executive and don't even have the courtesy to reply to our calls we contact your office no response from thereto but yesterday 13 Jan 2010 we made a call to Ms Meghnah who contacted us on day of verification by phone from her to we didn’t get a effective reply after making more four or five calls she responded stating that by today evening you will get a reply, but evening at 1900h again no response from their end and we contacted and we got reply that we have to send a request through e-mail for sanction of the loan for 7.5lac and they replied that the documents submitted were not sufficient but the documents which they requested already been submitted by me on 15th Dec 2009 itself. It is great pain for us to see the initial documents verification has been done after 29 days, but however our processing cheque for Rs.11046/- was cleared. If it takes a month for verification of the initial documents when can we get the loan? It is better we go public sector bank for our needs. You people always give assurance that the loan will be sanction by 20 days.Home Loan — Not getting any consolidated statement of principal and interest,moreover monthly statement is not coming for last 5 months.

Home Loan — claiming extra money on regular intervals
I have taken a home loan to purchase a flat from icici bank 14/7/06 at kolkata lan no :LBCAL[protected]. Upto 23/12/09 the telecallers used to call and asked to deposit extra money on different heads and many a times their suggestions use to be to send the in an envelope through courier. How ever I have made these type of payments couple of times through cheques.Now to know the reason of these type of calls I went to the kolkata home loan office on 23/12/09, The bank people informed that 13626.00 is due on me on different heads mainly due to the change of interest rate and the pdc amounts.If you clear the amount of 13626.00 and make a policy with ICICI Prudential then the company is offering the lower interest rate for two years with some processing charges,rs.5450. I have given the cheques of 13626.00,to clear all dues,rs.30000 for investment in iciciprudential,rs.5450 the processing charge for conversion of interest rate.all the cheques are cleared on time.now once again the bank is claiming 4450 on different heads,like cheque return in 2007,manual charge etc.It has gone to the level of extorsion.
I had applied for RML with SBI Rajkot. They returned my application due to 3 overdue loan and 1 written off loan as per CIBIL report. Can SBI pay my Overdue loan from the sanction amount and reimburse me balance payment ?

HDFC LTD is a limited company and is not a banking institute.
It is a self regulated financial organization and is not at all regulated as a refinancing institute or is not a Banking institute. Sales officers makes people fool by stating HDFC Home loan as part of banking division. Even interest rates charged by HDFC is very high which is increased in subsequent years.
As such rates of interests for home loan are definitely regulated by RBI but limited and private companies do not fall under their per-view. These companies fall under company Act and not under Banking Act.
At time of taking loan these companies promises low rates of interest and then increases rates of interest in subsequent years, which increases your burden of repayment in form of slow poison eating your lots of money.
I will share my personal experience:
I have a very bad experience with HDFC, My loan of 11 lac with tenure was only 20 years and was promised with 3% discounted rates for my loan account as the company with which I was working was a corporate client of HDFC, so my loan started at 7.25% rate of interest and a low EMI of 8595/- Rs only.
In later stages HDFC revised rates of interest stating that my loan is on floating rates, where as no discounted rates are applied to my account. More on no reduction in rates are done at all even when rates of interest of other banks and institutes fall down. Even when they offer low interest rates to new customers – on my inquiry they asked for a proceeding fees of almost 12 thousand rupees to revise the rates of interest.
My EMI is also revised to 10, 526/- Rs and the tenure is now increased. Today even after paying EMI for more then 6 years my tenure of repayment is more then 18 years and EMI is increased from 8695/- Rs per month to 10526/- Rs per month. So I will end up paying money to HDFC for more then 24 years.
So I will end up paying four additional years with new EMI to HDFC which will make me a loss of almost 10-12 lac rupees.
HDFC is offering new customer 8.25 rates of interest where as even when I am a old customer with corporate tie up with the company – I am charged almost 11% rates of interest and I am screwed up by paying more EMI.
I have started legal proceedings against HDFC – and warn you all that dont take loan from HDFC other wise your people will also end up in soup and will have to pay huge for small things.
REQUEST YOU ALL TO TAKE LOANS ONLY FROM BANKING INSTITUTES AND NOT FROM ANY LTD COMPANY--

House Loan — Incorrect CIBIL Report
Hi, I am Sudip ROy, I had applied for house loan from Statebank, Brahmapur branch, Kolkata-96 and the bank told my CIBIL report is showing approx Rs.2,40,00000.00 loan that I had taken on year 2004. Actually on that tima I was a student and I don't have any PAN card on that my. I service experience is only 3.5years and I got job in the year 2007 and on that time only I got my PAN card. So how this is possible to take any loan of such a huge amount on that time when I was simply a first year student.this entire wrong information is the only showstopper for me to get the loan for buying a house.

I have Home loan of ICICI bankIn last Nov-dec-2010, Customer care executive said that you have an offer that you can fix rate of interest for next 3 year, for further detail you contact to nearest branch.
I has contacted Margao-ICICI branch they has charged me around 2700/- Rs for this conversion (as it reduces my next 17 EMI), but it has happened only for one months but from next month the rate of interest increases and it is still increasing as with time as per Bank norms.
I feel bank has cheated me.

Home Loan — cheat
We apply online for home loan 25 days ago and submitted all the document on 22nd of oct .Sir till now we do not receive any positive response from your side and even I can't know what is my file number to check my status online.
Whenever I contact the branch the reply is that your file is under proses .
10 day before I heard Yes your FI is ok, next day - your profile is negative, next day at the time of PD Mr. Credit Manager says that we can't give you loan because the area where you are buying house is having fraud. 3 day later--
Yesterday I call to branch than said me that your file is ok and your loan will be sanctioned by evening .
Now today when I contact he told that your file is rejected
just I receive a call he told that can you deposit original JDA patta to bank.
sir how can it posible the same two part of plot already endorsed by HDFC Bank
few min. ago Mr. Rajat say that Idon't know the legal rule of JDA that you have no JDA patta individually Ihave not check your file properly

This is Architect Nilesh Rahate from Crompton Greaves LTD, Mumbai. I am writing mail to you because my experience with your bank.
My Brother Sunil Rahate, Architect , Brihan Mumbai Mahanagarpalika. He has applied for home loan amount up 13.60 lakh 45days before. This all started sometime from August end. I booked a flat in an apartment in Thane , Ghodbunder Road. and we contacted Mr.Krishna Jadhav([protected]) yours sales Executive. Ref from from my Company Crompton Greaves LTD, Mumbai. & recommended by My AGM-Technology. After that we have submitted all the document & Cheque. I didn’t hesitate in giving the cheque since Mr. Krishana had already confirmed me about my eligibility. Mr. Krishana took all these and went back. The verification process started and I waited for long time thinking that everything is going on well. He had promised 7 days for Pre sanction letter .After that I have made follow up with Mr. Krishana & Mr.Surendra[protected]. Daily he has promised , I will give u sanction letter by evening. He told u open your account in Axis bank for ECS. That’s why we opened account in Axis bank. Every thing we did from last 60 days. Finally we have not received sanction letter from Manpada, Thane (west) Branch. If your executive knows every thing then why they are not disclosing hidden things. When we try to contact ur branager.your Branch Managers are so rude. Finally we wasted 60 days for follow-up. & Bad experience.
I thought we have our salary account in axis bank. That’s why we applied. I think that is our wrong decision. That bad experience hurts people and transfers one place to other place in CG. If you are serious about your Bank & customer please look into the matter.
Sir, as you see, this is a horrible experience. I was told that a panel from CG has evaluated AXIS Bank as the best bank. I don’t know how. At least, I would never say that. You can see that they have given false information on the eligibility, collected the documents.

Kind attn: CEO, ICICI Bank about Non performance and misbehaviour of the Aurangabad Branch of ICICI Bank
Myself and my husband have a joint home loan account from 2004 with ICICI bank.Since the rate of interest gone high, we have approached to the Aurangabad Branch of ICICI (Maharashtra) on 25th September,2009 for change of rate of interest. Before that on 24th September,2009 I called up the branch and I was told to dial 19 numbers of the bank to get the home loan section. It was very painful for me to dial 19 numbers and that too several times. No one picked up the phone. After 20 minutes of trial and error the Branch Manager picked up the phone and took my request. My request was to know about the documents to carry for the above work. After about half an hour, some one Mr. Manoj called me and told for such work we need to carry only the cheque book and the statement which we get regarding the home loan.
But on 25th we went with all required documents.We were told to contact Ms. Sulakshana. She didn't get our point. We gave reference of one of our friend, who has done the same thing from Nashik branch.We gave his new and old home loan account number. She checked and accepted. Before that she told us to make FD of Rs 40,000 per year for change of rate of interest of home loan.
We denied, still she took us to a person who is responsible for the FD to inform us about the benefit of the FD.We denied again to do the FD. The person (FD incharge) got very angry and told Ms. Sulakshana not to disturb him again with customers like us.
After all the above episode(it took 1 complete hour) we were directed to Mr. Minaj Jamadar, Branch Sales Manager.We again told him our story and give the proof of our friend's case. He agreed to do our work and side by side he told that he is not responsible for such case, but since we were already harassed by the bank persons downstairs, he, out of sympathy started doing the favour.
We entered into the bank at 10.30am and came out at 1.30pm. after completing all the formalities. We didn't submit any cheques. Mr. Minaj told us that it would take only five days, as there was holidays due to Saturday, Sunday and dussera(28th October,2009).They have not given any document to us as a proof of submission of documents.I came to know later from Customer Care that our file was put up on 4th October,2009
We waited and called him several times, but our work was not done till 7th October,2009.
He called us on 8th October,2009 and told our proposal got sanctioned and we can come to bank. I asked when to come" He was very confused to give me reply. He said his office would call us. We waited till 10th afternoon. On 10th Oct I called him around 2 pm. After heated conversations he told us to come to branch on 12th oct.My husband went to hand over the cheques and franking charges. The officials were not sure about franking charges also.
Before that Minaj told us to make complain with Customer Care of ICICI, though Customer Care will not do anything.We also informed customer care. Level 1 officer (Ms srinivas) told me that someone has attended our complain, but no one actually. I sent mail to Mr. Abhijit Saha. His office told that they would solve the matter by Oct 17,2009. Level 4 officers also told me to solve the matter by Oct 21,2009. But later on they all extended the dates.
My husband called Mr Sujoy(from ICICI Lombard, who was assisting Mr. Minaj) on 15th October,2009 to know whether the franking was done or not. Sujoy told that it was done and remaining money was with him and we can collect that on that day or next day. I went to collect money and other documents alongwith some receipts which sujoy told us that he would handover to us. I met Minaj who didn't about it. He called Sujoy and talked to him, they asked whether I could come in the evening as Sujoy was out of branch.MInaj gave a document as a proof of franking.I asked him when I NOC of old home loan account will come? He said "there will be no NOC. Why NOC is required?"But level 2 officer told me that I would get the NOC, old cheques/their cancelletion report. I asked him what are the documents we will get? Whether we will get the documents in the bank or at our home. He said he doesn't know about it as he is a Home Finance person and our loan is with bank and also several times he uttered that he is doing favour to us.
Meanwhile I called up Sujoy to know when he is coming, whether I will wait for him or not. He said he didn't tell my husband to come any time. He told to come at @ 4-4.30 pm. I asked him "which husband will make his wife standing in the bank?" He got very arrogant. He told me that he is helping Minaj, and doing favor to us. We have not begged to anyone to give us favor. We are paying for each and every case.He also told me to make complaint to any one and"koi uska kuchh nehi bigaar sakta".
So far, till 22nd October, 2009 we do not have any document related to the new home loan account, we do not know the number of new home loan account. Our old home loan account is not closed.
Bank has sent a letter addressed to us, but sent in the bank. Somehow we managed to get a photocopy.

Take-over of Housing Loan from SBI
Even SBI is betraying their existing customers.
They offer
1) New loans @8%
2) Takeover from other banks @8%
But SBI existing customers are repaying still @10%
Therefore, i would wish to take-over my existing home loan.
For this, despite being the fact that i am ready to pay the pre-payment penalty as well as processing charges to SBI, then why is it not possible for SBI to either either take-over or restructure its own home loan.
I have seen cases where some other banks like HDFC has lowered its interest rates for its own existing customers, after receiving some charges for the same
They offer

Acknowledgement not given for original property papers with LIC
Dear Sir,
I took the Loan from LIC Housing Finance for 16 Lacs for purchase of new house. After the registry of House, the original property papers are in custody of LIC Housing Finance. (Loan account No. is[protected].
Till date even after 4 months, LIC has not given the written acknowledgement that original property papers are with them.
Request you to please do the needful for early resolution. (Mobile No.[protected])

delay in the sanction of loan
Dear sir,
myself arvind o tivari from surat. I have applied for homeloan from IDBI BANK at ring road branch surat. My file has been logged in the system on 3rd july'09. before that I have talk to the loan department head mr. nawabsingh and his executive mr rajendra anjara they have agreed on the loan amount i have applied of 7.5 lacs after making inspection of all my documents. they have promised me to give sanction letter in 15 to 20 days. but on 22nd july they have callled me to their bank and said that this loan is not possible when i have asked them what's the reason for it they said your rent agreement which is done by notry is wrong. they said that our FI report done by mr jaivrath is nagative. on the very second day on 23rd of the july i went to bank with my land loard met mr jaiprakash barve the branch head of the ring road branch idbi bank surat. and proved that the rent agreement is right. then mr jaiprakash barve has told me that it will be done in 2-3 days. i have sent complaint in the idbi bank customer care. despite that till date on 27th aug'09. I haven't received my loan sanction letter. pl. do needful for this.
myself arvind o tivari from surat. I have applied for homeloan from IDBI BANK at ring road branch surat. My file has been logged in the system on 3rd july'09. before that I have talk to the loan department head mr. nawabsingh and his executive mr rajendra anjara they have agreed on the loan amount i have applied of 7.5 lacs after making inspection of all my documents. they have promised me to give sanction letter in 15 to 20 days. but on 22nd july they have callled me to their bank and said that this loan is not possible when i have asked them what's the reason for it they said your rent agreement which is done by notry is wrong. they said that our FI report done by mr jaivrath is nagative. on the very second day on 23rd of the july i went to bank with my land loard met mr jaiprakash barve the branch head of the ring road branch idbi bank surat. and proved that the rent agreement is right. then mr jaiprakash barve has told me that it will be done in 2-3 days. i have sent complaint in the idbi bank customer care. despite that till date on 27th aug'09. I haven't received my loan sanction letter. pl. do needful for this.

Misbehave of your staff (Mr. Manush Vadher - Vadodara, Gujarat)
Dear Sir,
My home loan account number is LBBRD[protected]. I had call your icici bank relationship officer Mr. Manush Vadher for my query. But he was not in the mood to listen me. Before I complete my sentence he was interrupting me. When I ask him to first complete my sentence he had started ridiculous behaviour and not given proper answer. He said " I am not supposed to give you answer" even when I remind him that you are relationship officer. So, is this your relationship officer who is not listening and giving proper answer to customer. I want that you take some action against him and let me know and ask him to call me.
My query is that on starting the loan interest rate was 12.75%, after that it increases about 0.5 % and my amount of installment as well as tenure of loan both were increased. Why both were increased? Either tenure of amount should increase. Furthermore, after some perior interest rate was decreased about 0.5%. So, at present my interest rate is same as the starting rate i.e. 12.75%. But still my tenure of loan is 42 months more than the starting tenure. How and why this is so?
Now I want to make Full & Final repayment just because of the reply of your relationship officer Mr. Manush Vadher. So, send me all details about charge and total figure.

Pre-closure charges
Hi,
I took a home loan in HDFC approx 2 years back. Now, I would like to transfer this loan to any other nationalized bank, but they charge 3% for loan transfer. This is too high. Only because of high rate of interest, Im planning for loan transfer.
HDFC always charges high rate of interest.
Please do take some action against the 3% charges for loan transfer. I am not sure, whether this charge is approved by RBI or bank itself is charging this amount. They make huge money by this high rate of interest and extra charges.

1. I had taken home loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank for purchase of Flat.
2. Alongwith they had also given me Home Linked Insurance Plan
3. I wanted to close the home loan and returned the disbursed amount towards flat
4. The Bank is asking for premium amount of Rs.80, 000/- as against theInsurance, which shall stand cancelled upon cancellation of home loan.
5. The problem is i have to now refund the aforesaid amount of Rs.80, 000/- out of hand for no benefit of anything.
6. The Bank has been insisting in asking me to pay this amount and I do not have that kind of big money to be paid to the bank for want of nothing.
7. The Bank has now charged huge interest, penalties, charges etc., which is totally amounting to Rs.2 lakhs approx. and is harassing me everyday to repay the principal alongwith the aforesaid charges, penalties, premium etc., which is unethical and unlawful.
8. How can the insurance can get activated when the Flat itself is not ready and Sale Deed has not yet happened, how can there be insurance for something which is not eexisting?
9. I am put to severe mental harrassment, injury pain and loss and I am afraid how to pay this 2 lakhs of penalty, interest etc., which I am not liable to pay and from where?
10. Kindly suggest remedy and direct the way towards justice. I have the entire Principal Amount with me which I have kept safely and is ready to return to the Bank.

CLEARANCE LETTER AND ORGINAL AGREEMENT
All dues and liabilities against the loan amount has already been settled by me since more than a year - but several time contacted to HDF OFFICE in ANDHERI EAST - The on duty customer care representative attitude is very rude and the unsatisfactory answer which put us in heavy losses - since we are NRI and visiting INDIA on annual vacation
On June 16th 2009 my wife and my son visited to ANDHERI BRANCH and after a long waiting she was able to meet the customer care rep name Kirtikar and asking my wife to submit the GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY - My wife called me from the same office and i discussed with the Mr KIRTIKAR and requested him to send my the formatt - the formatt which he sent on my above email address its entirely irrelevent and unappropriate to resolve my problems - the POWER OF ATTORNY copy he send for my signature its all cluases expressing only and only the terms of LOAN PROCESSING formalities - including the all collecting the load amount mortgage the property statement to be atlered as necessary and acknowledge the libilities and obtain the possession of the flats[protected]etc etc etc . but now where its reflecting the my attorney to collect the clearance letter from HDFC and the collect the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT DOCUMENTS .
Do you feel that the such power of attorney having almost 17 clauses and subclauses are logically acceptable to sign the such agreement -
Its seems that its indirectly fraudulent involvment by the responsible person - when i called them after receipt of the such email - the gentleman again giving me rough answer that then and threathening that if you refuse to sign such Power of Attorny then i may proceed to HDFC LEGAL department -
I assume that HDFC such reputed organiztion and experienced banking and financial institue engaging the such employee/s to harrase their reputed customer which may persuade the customer not to contact again for any FINANCIAL assistance -
As i interacted on a phone with the considerate person (MANAGER of HDFC at ANDHERI BRANCH the behaviour of the person left an impression that she wants to take an advantage of my constrains not to be in person and she (Manager of andheri branch) simply handed over the phone to my son instead of answering my querry about the format as being sent to me by Mr Kirtikar which has no relevance with the power of attorney just to collect the CLEARANCE LETTER and ORIGINAL AGREEMENT after complete off-set of the loan.

I have a home loan (Account No LBNOD[protected])taken in 2006 and have been regularly paying instalments taking the burden of increased EMI's whenever bank raised its interest rates.
I had approached the JB Nagar-Mumbai branch on 27th April with the new read from 99acres.com that paying 0.5% can get swapped to reduced interest rates of 9.75% till 30th April. I am amazingly told for first time by your executive at branch that the news is wrong and such offer was till 31 March only and there was no need to inform the offer as told by executive.
If as a customer the bank feels no need to pass on the benefits but burden everytime of increased interest rates. I morally feel to stop paying/defaulting my instalments unless the bank appolgizes for its mistake and gives me the reduced rate benefit as per below news of 99 acres.com because bank has not given any statement or information to the customer of the same. As a responsible bank need an urgent attention o this matter.

CIBIL Defaulter list
Recently I had applied for home loan which was rejected by one of the PSU bank on a/c of some previous home loan default showing in my name. Interestingly on producing the no dues from the Bank, my case was cleared.
Since I had fore-closed all the home loans in 2007, I am surprised as to why my name is appearing the CIBILs defaulters list.
Can any one guide me how to get the name removed from CBIL defaulter list.

Delay in loan disbursement
I want to know my rights in following case: I applied for a further housing loan in Dec.08.For the same I was sanctioned Rs.6.5 lac against to my applied Rs.10 lac. I was asked to deposit processing fee and stamp papers against sanctioned loan amount.It was January when cost of processing fee and stamp papers were abpout Rs.9000.Now March is going to end and I am always said for tomarrow for loan disbursement. What can I do in this case.I want either my money back or loan disbursement.

NOT REDUCING INTEREST RATES ON HOME LOAN FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS
I had taken home loan from ICICI bank and I have an impeccable repayment track record for EMIs all the times.
I have taken a floating rate for my home loan. During the time of monetary tightening by RBI my rate shot up from 12.0% to 13.5%.
Recently, RBI has introduced lot of liquidity in the market by reducing CRR considerably. RBI has also reduced repo rate, which lowers cost of funds for the banks.
Due to these measures from RBI, many public sector banks have reduced home loan floating interest rates. But ICICI has not reduced home loan rates by 0.5%, but it increased 1.5% and reduced only 0.5%. When I contacted them they are offering 11 to 11.5 % rate of interest to new customers only. When RBI increases CRR or repo rate even by 50 basis points, all the banks increase the interest rates immediately. Likewise ICICI has increased its rate of interest home loan with effect from July 1, 2008 and further increased the same from October 1, 2008 even without informing us.
What is the meaning of floating rate then? It only goes up and seldom comes down. Also ICICI is giving new customers a very low rate compared to what I am paying. It most cases its around 3% lower than what I pay. How can this happen and why is RBI not doing anything about this? I am resigned to my fate and mistake by choosing ICICI.
I can't even switch because of pre-pay penalty. Rate goes up in a whisker but seldom comes down even when condition are favorable.
Why is ICICI not reducing the rates now?
This is not good ... we home loan customers are not getting our legitimate right of market based floating interest rates irrespective of being a best payer as well as a pretty business giver to ICICI. We are remarkably disappointed by this leisurely approach of ICICI with its customers like us. In the present circumstances nothing stops us as consumers to think for taking proactive steps and to shift our business to a competitor bank by switching over the existing home loans.
ICICI have a very strange policy to reward its loyal customers with higher rate of interest and to attract new customers with lower interest. Can they explain why they have this policy or they are taking an illegitimate advantage of their loyal customers?
By any logic it cannot be justified?
We humbly request to the monitoring authorities to take a rational & reasonable action against the aforesaid matter.
Something has to be done and I appeal to the readers to stay away from ICICI. Don't make the mistake of going to a pvt lender like ICICI because the mantra is simple.

We humbly request to the monitoring authorities to take a rational & reasonable action against the aforesaid matter.
Something has to be done and I appeal to the readers to stay away from ICICI. Don't make the mistake of going to a pvt lender like ICICI because the mantra is simple.

You are right... When the rate is increasing they will increase for both existing & new customers, but when there is a reduction it applies to only new customers and not existing customers. This doesn't seems to be logically good.

Home loan processing fee
Hi,
I applied for home loan(take over from ICICI bank) in the month of May 2008. I was told by LIC Anna Nagar Agent Mr.Shenoth that the processing fee for Infosys employee is Rs.1000 + Taxes. But due to the non-availability of some documentats, the process got delayed and I re-initiated the process again in the month of October 2008 with all the documents. Now Mr.Shenoth told me that the processing charges have gone up to Rs.5000/- + taxes for Infosys employess. He took a cheque from me for the balance processing charges, i.e. Rs.4556/-. Subsequently, Technical and Legal clearance are successfully over and loan has been sanctioned, Loan Account File NO.908646. I was informed about the loan sanction through phone and he is yet to show me the sanction letter and the actual interest rate offered to me.
Now, as a shock to me, the agent Mr.Shenoth called me up and informed me that the processing charges have gone up to Rs.10000/- + taxes and asked me to pay the remaining amount. I am really irritated by this attitude of LIC of changing the promises quite frequently. I don't understand how a bank like LICHFL can keep on changing their processing charges for customers against their initial promise while applying for loan. When I contacted him about this, they give irresponsible and rude replies like "go to some other bank". I am really irritated by this experience with LICHFL, Annanagar and their agent Shenoth. I badly want higher ups of LIC to look into this matter seriously. I have enough number of Infosys Colleagues who have paid only Rs.5000/- + taxes as processing fee (applied at the same time as mine) and got their loans sanctioned.

Still officer wants electricity bill!!!. And the worst part is nobody is bothered to communicate me the shortfall of document.
