[Resolved]  Home Loan — can't transfer home loan from SBT to SBI

Respected Sir,

I have a home loan[protected], RAJA ANNAMALAIPURAM, Chennai) at State bank of Travanvore 4 years and 6 months before. The home loan outstanding amount is INR 29,84,318.00. As of now I am paying the interest rate 12.75%. so, I am interested to transfer it to State bank of India. Because, in State bank of India, the interest rate is 10%. Now State bank of India has refused to takeover the loan. Because, “They cant takeover the home loan from there associate bank”. As I have paid the insurance of 2.2Lahkes at SBI life, I cann’t go to any other bank. So, I request you to do the needful.
