[Resolved]  Home Loan — Home loan rejected

Hi,

I have submitted my application for the home loan. It took over 2 months and finally it came rejected. The reason for rejection was not convincing and is not the way to waste the customer precious time. For the same project "GSA Wavewoods" loan has been sanctioned for some people. There is no issue with the documents submitted by me and they are pointing the problem in builder's tax paid receipt.

The problem is builder has paid the tax to BBMP on his name and has attached the receipt, but now he has started the GSA Wavewoods project and he is properiotor of the same. But SBI people are asking the receipt to be in the name of "GSA Wavewoods", although builder has given authenticated letter that he paid the tax in his name. I don't feel that is valid reason for rejection of the application, if it is valid then how for the other people it has been sanctioned for the same documents produced.
