[Resolved]  Honda Activa 2 Wheeler — Honda motors 2 wheelers division Poor Customer Care

I have approached your local dealer Jupiter Automobiles, Dabagardens, Visakhapatnam during Nov 2009 who advised to book the Honda Activa 2 wheeler to get delivery in maximum two months time and have advised the booking can be made at their Branch at Gopalapatnam in Visakhapatnam. The Jupiter Automobiles, Gopalapatnam Branch, Visakhapatnam (a branch of its main branch at Dabagardens, Visakhapatnam) has confirmed the same and accordingly on 25th Dec 2009 i have booked for delivery of Honda Activa 2 wheeler in two months time by paying an advance of Rs.1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) as confirmed vide Receipt No.198, dated 25 Dec 2009 and Booking Form Serial No.B-1, No.1309 dated 25 Dec 2009. Time and again i am approaching for delivery of the machine who are uncertain of the delivery of the machine till. In the circumstances, I have left with no option except to inform you, to enable you to take immediate action for delivery of the machin Honda Activa 2 wheeler to me immediately on payment of balance amount, or else I am constrained to take the issue legally in the appropriate consumer fora/court of law for immediate delivery of the machine Honda Activa 2 wheeler to me and also the company will be liable for costs/expenditure involved in the movement of the Court/Consumer Fora and also damages for mental and phycial strain/agony caused to me for all these days and till delivery of the machine.
The same was also brought to the notice of Shri Satis and Shri Praveen Kumar of the Branch office at Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam.

I have purchase Honda shine from Venetian Honda, S V Road, Kandivali West. Mumbai-400067. India.

They committed for Four free service for Byke in a YEAR.

But they gave me services coupons, which services dates are so near by together. Always Venetian Honda Service Center is irritating me for NEXT service.

New vehicle does not demand services in a month. But they always call me after 20-25 days for 2nd services.

I have got my by byke delivery on 15th April. They call me 1st service for 25-28 may.

Its really ridiculous & not excepted...

After 1 service they call me for 2nd service... after 20-25 days.

WHAT ABOUT 1YEAR SERVICE WHICH COMMITTED BY VENETIAN HONDA...DAM

WHY I WASTE MY ALL FOUR SERVICES...

I WANT TO CHANGE MY SERVICES DATE AS PER VENETIAN HONDA 1 YEAR COMMITMENT

PLEASE REPLY Otherwise I will complain to head office...

i have booked honda activa three month before but not got delivery
have purchased Honda Unicon Dezler in the month May 2010 but the vehicle continously giving problems like oil leakage. I have complained so many times to Honda's Authorised Service Centre (Rajinder Honda) but not got fruitful result. very poor communication with the customer i gave my activa for service and some change of parts and they took 13 days from 10.07.11.to 13.07.11 and they have not intimated whether vehicle is ready or not, as computer was showing that vehicle is ready but in real it is not ready, Responsible supervisors are not present for further talk due to absentee and new supervisors being changed .

hi, i m hemant purohit i visit at your borivali (e) service station on 27Th Jan 2012 to meet Mr jha, i complain my active is not working, not taking load, & pick up, &big noise etc.he advice me There r problem in your block piston, he suggest me more, and i say OK i[censored] Think its problem for pick up and loading and more problem Then change all parts as per requirements, and They delivery me my active very next day evening, and They give me bill inv. no. 11IW02147 DT 28Th Jan 2012, rs.6864.00.after two days Jyoti called me hi sir how r u? any problem in your active..and i say yes.same problem.as per given before u replace The parts.she again give me appointment next day. and again i visit. Mr jha his out and Mr rajesh come he check and and suggest me sir.This noise in your fog better u replace all bush.i told him why u r not change.first time.and This is not my problem.my problem is pick up, loading and oTher.he suggest me same Thing..but after Three days That problem is same as it is..again i visit on 8Th Feb 2012.That time i meet Mr prakash who is in-charge and i request sir This is my fourTh visit pl short out This meter.he fire rajesh ..again he taken my bike in side check and coming after half an hour and told me sir Their are problem in your back side all bearing and oil seal.i shocked. i say OK change They give me invoice bill no. 11IW02893 DAT.8Th Feb 2012.rs.1252.00. but one good Thing is wiThout labour charges..i taken my bike ..very next day again i rd call again i visit again i request .again he checked and he say sir only BReak liner is jam .i clear .police paper mar kar diya..go sir problem short out ho gaya.go home.sir still same problem .as it is same noise.same loading problem pick up problem ..as it is same.even your gate kipper also shocked ..may i request u pl consider and short my problem..i Think some gafla in your inner department ..sir pl check. or pl ch.my active in oTher service center..and open all o[censored]s whats The problem in your borivali BR.my contact no is [protected]..i m waiting for your reply.

had got this vehicle.

During first service (dt.19/03/2012) itself I had reported that *shock
adsorver** *was over jumping and after servicing they adjusted this
complaint to the soft position.

The kilometer reading of the *vehicle is now 2000 km and the complaint
is s*till
continuing. Again I approach the service manager, Mr.Krishnakumar and
reported the same compaint on 26/04/12. Accoring to the service manager,
repairing is not possible, if the company replaces the shock absorber then
only he can change the same.In this condition I refuse to accept the bike
without replacing the *new shock absorver*.

Now the vehicle is at Evm Honda Service centre, Kaimanam, Trivandrum.

myself Miss. pragyan paramita soren went to purchase honda activa on 24/07/2012 at shivam automobile, bhubaneswar.all the payment was made on 24/07/2012 after that Dealer told me after fixing accessories we will deliver the vehicle tommorow( 25/07/2012) also small scrath was their which they told we will polish it . next day(25/07/2012) when i went to showroom at 6.00 P.M. the vehicle was not ready at all and they advice me to wait some time. after waiting 1.5 hr. they told me to come tommorow till now the vehicle was not ready. After requesting them they told me you please go home we will deliver the vehicle at your home. after half an hours they brought the vehicle without fixing accessories and without polishing the scratch.
now you tell me as a working lady how many time i will go to showroom for purchase a vehicle. realy i am very much offset to be a part of HONDA family

The Om Sai Honda, Mahim Mumbai has confirmed the same and accordingly on 23th Nov 2011 i have booked for delivery of Honda Unicorn 2 wheeler in Four months time by paying an advance of Rs.1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) as confirmed vide Receipt No.4184, dated 23 Nov 2011 and Booking Form Serial No.M-18487 dated 23 Nov 2011. Time and again i am approaching for delivery of the machine who are uncertain of the delivery of the machine till. From your Gorakhpur showroom Honda, i purchased ACTIVA on 12-11-11, whose CHASSIS No. is -ME4JC448JB8478746 and Registration No. is- UP53AX1849. Since the day i purchased, i am suffering from the problem of self-starting. So, i did many complaints, but after approx. 45 days . I got the battery changed, but that battery was whether old or new, i don't know, because, although i got the battery changed but after 6months it began to trouble me again. Hence, i showed to your company many times, and they simply returned to me making some corrections. Because of many problems these days again i returned the battery to your company that is, on 31-8-12 and till today i am being daily called for the battery in every alternative days. Due to no receiving of battery i finally handover vehicle to your company. If i will be getting the same service from your company, then in future i wont be using your products. I am having 4 4- wheeler and 7 2-wheeler.
